Vladimir went above and beyond to help us our friend's cats that didn't want to get into the carrier. We absolutely couldn't have sent them on their way without him.
Although the cats were scared and aggressive he dealt with them in a very kind, calm and professional way.
Thank you so much!
Elena and Vladimir helped us transport our cat from Istanbul to London in just one day. Unlike other carriers, we didn’t have to wait for the next available trip, we quickly agreed on a convenient date. In the morning, we met Elena in Istanbul and handed over the cat, and by the evening, we already picked her up in London. It seems like there’s simply no faster way to do it. Many thanks!
