The dinner meals we have had so far are tasty and filling.
We get a txt with an indication of when they will be delivered and they normally arrive within the time.
We have chosen to eat the dinners for 5 nights of the week. Im an active 77 year old woman and I want to loose weight over a longer period to enable me to still eat out when I want etc.
Im sticking to 1200 cals for 5 days of the week with lite nâeasy as the dinner part of that. Over about a two month period I have lost 4 kilo so far. Im happy with that progress. The quality of the food is great.

The new menu is ok , I expected a bit more choice in your selections instead of just a smoothie at breakfast taking up an option. But the fresh meals are great. And so far Lite n Easy has been amazing. Good energy and great weight loss!

Well my Son is now my full-time carer and has organised all of my Stay at Home package, He has his own disabilities atmo awaiting both knee replacements.
So I decided to take the load off of him in constantly having to make me meals, which he's been doing a wonderful job. So he organised Lite n Easy meals for me and there way above what my expectations were going to be, I haven't had a bad meal yet I'm into my 5th weekly order now and I'm so happy with the size and quality of every meal, can't recommend Lite n easy enough ð, so why don't you just give it a go there's so many different options available, Fresh/Frozen they pretty much cater for all different needs.

Honestly, I wouldâve thought the website so much easier to use but this has been the biggest nightmare trying to figure out sensible meals for a diabetic .
The ability to search or to sort menu items according to key and important information something as simple as sugar is pathetic .

The food portions are realistic and the meals taste great. I am enjoying the chilled options (rather than the frozen options) and am selecting more of these. Delivery is on time each week. Free dellivery is great. The only grumbles I have is that the glue sealing the meals is very strong. Also, I can't always find the meals that I'm looking for. An area that one could choose meals by numbers would be great.

I just ordered my first meal plan but found no vegetarian option available for Menu C lunch. Thinking this was a technical error because the other menus had vegetarian options, I excitedly placed my order and contacted Support to get it rectified. Apparently they intentionally removed the vegetarian option because demand was low. There is no option to swap a meal from another menu or order and extra from another day. Nothing at all available for a workaround. Sadly, if I continue with Lite n Easy, I have to throw a meal out each week or give it to someone else. Totally ridiculous!!
