Some of the meals are very bland and mostly made up of a lot of carrots,broccoli and cauliflower. The meals dont look like they do on the TV advertising.

Very happy with the wide range and variety of meals. 3 choices for each breakfast and lunch per day (options vary from week to week), and the whole range of dinners to pick from however you like. I've been losing 1kg a week so far on the 1200 calorie plan. There's not as much bulk to the food as I'd like to keep me feeling fuller, but I can't argue with the results and the meals are tasty and convenient.

I've been ordering full weekly meals for about 5-6 weeks now, and the food's always been fresh and well packed with no problems or omissions. Raw eggs for example are carefully packed so they're unbroken on arrival, baby spinach leaves and salad ingredients are fresh and unwilted, frozen meals are bundled carefully together and packed with dry ice packs.

The only warning I'd give is that you can't schedule a tight range of hours for delivery - it's a "all day delivery" so if you're working or out and about you'll have to hope the ice packs in the esky will do the trick. There's a delivery tracker so you know when your food is arriving but honestly it doesn't help very much. My delivery generally arrives within about the same 2-4hr span of time each week.

Payment is easy and hassle free - it's a weekly purchase, not a subscription model that locks you in, so just pay as you go.

Lunches IMO are the best part of the offerings - consider ordering just the lunches if you need to reduce costs. But it's all good!

Looks like my aged and vulnerable parents are not the only ones are missing their deliveries for the past few months. Deliveries being made at all times of the day and night!! How do you expect an 80 year old patient who is immobile to wake up at 4am and the delivery arrives at 8pm at night??? I have had to make arrangements for other meals to be delivered since I am interstate so that they do not starve to death. Customer care blaming some "app" and delivery drivers. The delivery drivers blaming personnel in the office who give them a delivery order that they need to stick to and the managers. Looks like a scam scheme where the blame gets passed around at the expense of the old and vulnerable citizens who cannot do much about it but just hope their meal turns up. In a time and age where delivery time is exact to the minute these drivers are turning up 10 -12 hours late.

Subscribed back to LNE 6 weeks ago after a break of 4 years. 6 different delivery drivers in the past 6 weeks late by more than 4-5 hours. I have been waiting for the delivery each day and each one of the 6 drivers responded that the headoffice is to blame because the app does not work and the delivery order given to them is always out of order. The time will never be correct . The feedback was consistent
Poor decline in service and not many options available. Meals defrosted and not fresh anymore

I have had a terrible experience with Lite n’ Easy and would not recommend their service based on my experience.

For two weeks in a row, they have failed to deliver meals to my elderly father, who depends on them. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it has caused unnecessary stress and left a vulnerable person without the food he was relying on.

After the first failed delivery, I emailed customer service specifically to confirm that the following week’s delivery would go ahead without any issues. Instead of responding promptly, they waited until it was too late to resolve the problem. They then cancelled the order without notifying me beforehand, leaving us with no opportunity to make alternative arrangements.

The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing. If your service is supporting elderly or vulnerable customers, failing to deliver meals and cancelling orders without advising customers is simply unacceptable.

The ordering process is pretty easy and the food arrives bang on time and is mostly delicious. Only complaint is that you have to be careful to “customise” your meals and use the edit button before finally paying if you spot a mistake otherwise you could end up with meals you didn’t want or paying for items you didn’t want. It’s easily done if you’re not careful.

Love the food, really tasty and of course no washing up! Staff member gave me a lot of help with my first order, delivery kept me updated . Out of my first 6 meals I have rated 4 excellent 2 good! Would definitely recommend....

Disappointing delivery failure after years as regular customers

We have been regular Lite n’ Easy customers for a long time and spend a significant amount with them each year, so this was very disappointing.

Both of our weekly meal orders were not delivered. We already had clear delivery instructions saved on the account, including where to deliver on the property. When we called later that evening after a long work day, we were told it was a new driver who could not get through the gate. No one contacted us during the delivery window to ask for help or confirm access before abandoning the delivery.

This left us with no meals prepared for the week, which is a major inconvenience when we rely on the service for planning and routine.

To their credit, Lite n’ Easy later acknowledged that the delivery instructions were not followed and confirmed both refunds would be processed. However, the issue should not have happened in the first place, especially for long-term customers with clear instructions already on file.

The food and meal structure can be good, but delivery reliability and communication need to improve. If a driver has trouble accessing a property, customers should be contacted before the order is marked as failed or not delivered.

Poor Customer Service, waiting for a response to an email for a wrong delivery. Have provide proof of the confirmation emails ,wasted $100. Becareful ordering because you don't always get what you order .Could be quite dangerous for those with allergies. Need to admit when at fault and own it . Do not order from lite n easy, there are plenty of other options out there and companies that take better care of loyal customers , and also serve better food at a much competitiveprice.

My husband and I have been ordering Lite n Easy meals on and off over 10 yrs to date. Have always been very happy with the service, delivery and meals. Unfortunately I ordered Beef Korma and ate it for dinner tonight. Was very disappointed as the main ingredient was peas. Have always enjoyed this meal in the past but tonight it was very ordinary as was overloaded with peas. I only ate half of the meal as was not enjoying the overload of peas... It has definitely put a big negative for the brand for me...

After years as Lite n Easy customers my wife andI recently received quite a large order we did not order. Rang Lite n Easy to request resolution. Nope - not interested. Strongly suggest the CEO read the book 10 Steps to Becoming Customer Driven. Lite n Easy has lost a considerable amount it would have earnt from us across the coming years as we exit a company that has shown it doesn't care about our loyalty. Imagine how many potential customers it'll lose as we tell our many friends!

Their delivery service is appalling. I paid extra to get early delivery so I could start my diet, they changed my delivery time 3 times then never turned up. Nobody called me I just got a txt message saying failed delivery even though I was sitting at home waiting for it. I ring them and they say they can’t deliver it now for another 5 days, I’d rather be fat than be screwed over by a lazy delivery driver, there’s too much competition out there now to be so sloppy with your deliveries, one job, hate you lite n easy.

My daughter has been a loyal Lite and Easy customer for quite some time under the NDIS scheme. Recently, the company requested updated documentation to continue processing claims through NDIS, which we promptly provided. Despite this, it took Lite and Easy three days to link an account that was already established. During this delay, an order was processed and my daughter, who has a disability, was charged the full amount rather than the subsidised 30% rate she is eligible for. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

I have lost five plus kilos so very happy with results

Only complaint wouldbe I find some of the vegetables too soft and mushy.

Light and easy tasts good, fills you up with healthy choices to loose weight. 2kg in 3 weeks and feeling a lot better already eating healthy.
Quick and easy to prepare with no mess.

I have had litr n easy in the past but the frozen meals were very disappointing. The butter chicken had three small pieces of chicken so I ate sauce and rice. The beef korma had no rice as advetised. Just meat and overloaded with peas. The fresh food was good and lasted longer than the date provided.

Notice a deterioration in quality of the meals in the last few months. Less protein ánd quality pasta sauces. Disappointing. The company needs to address this decline as there are other companies that supply meals.

I would like it if Lite n Easy added more vegetables and an option of brown rice for more healthier options for diabetics and heart health.

Their meals are delicious. Since I started using their service, I’ve lost weight. It’s so much easier than constantly thinking about what to cook and calculating calories. I’ve stopped craving food. The delivery is always perfect, they have never replaced any of the meals I ordered. Their customer support team is very helpful and friendly.
