Absolutely terrible experience. I'm on a "Performance" Ryzen 9950X plan (€100/month), but the node is so heavily oversold that I have 40% Steal Time. My server is literally waiting for the host to give it CPU cycles 40% of the time.

Opened a ticket marked as Critical over 24 hours ago — still silence. They take your money for "Premium" specs but deliver a laggy, overcrowded environment and ignore you when you complain. Total lack of professionalism for the price they charge.

At the beginning, we were facing an exceptionally high number of massive DDoS attacks. As a result, we had to change data centers two or three times, as even some of the largest providers in Germany were unable to handle the scale of the attacks — not to mention the costs, which escalated to an unsustainable level over time.

After conducting extensive research online, I repeatedly came across recommendations in various forums pointing to Callum from LiteServer. Based on this feedback, we decided to migrate our entire infrastructure to LiteServer — a decision that proved to be one of the most fundamental and impactful choices we have ever made.

We have now been a customer of LiteServer for over 10 years. I am confident in saying that without the outstanding and truly unparalleled support from Callum and his entire team, our startup would not have survived.

I have a habit of asking about IP Change, Port Bandwidth, Extra Traffic and other stuff to know the policy of the company before I buy a VPS. LiteServer specifically told me an occasional IP Change is no problem but when I asked for an IP Change for the first time they asked for 5 Euros, told me to stop arguing and insisted on getting the 5 Euros which I refused to pay, really dishonest people. I do not recommend them at all. If you want to try them I just have to say RUN!

I have been a web developer for over 5 years. I have never seen such a brazen scam. I ordered a VPS server service, as a result, it takes me several minutes to get into the control panel, I waited 20 minutes to open a ticket, there was an endless loading, I couldn’t reinstall Ubuntu for an hour. As a result, my nerves snapped, I asked for a refund without using the service for even a day. And they answered me that they do not have a refund. That is, I just gave 12 dollars and that’s it and now I can’t do anything, I can’t use it. Do not believe the good reviews that are written here, they write all this themselves or ask someone else. These are the most natural scammers who do not provide normal services and do not make refunds. I have every right to do this by law.

I asked them to change my billing cycle they said you need to pay after that we change the billing cycle it is really funny and unprofessional .

Een aantal jaar tevreden klant geweest ( vanaf 2012) . Echter deze maand een betalingsprobleem buiten mijn schuld. Liteserver heeft de volledige VPS inclusief data verwijderd ,nadat ik alsnog betaald heb. Vervolgens word ik als grof vuil behandeld. Schijnbaar vond liteserver het niet nodig om even contact op te nemen. nee.. gewoon meteen verwijderen..

Been using their services for about 2 years and had no issues so far, very high uptime and the performance is very good. They accept crypto payment and offer insane recurring discounts.

Ik had een VPS-server besteld die uitstekend werkte, met een mooie verbinding van ongeveer 6 ms. De dag erna heb ik nog een VPS aangeschaft, die snel online kwam. Helaas had ik met deze tweede VPS wat connectieproblemen en een relatief hoge ping, wat totaal niet overeenkwam met de eerste VPS.

Vervolgens nam ik contact op met de supportafdeling, dit was rond 17:30 uur op een zaterdag. Na vier uur kreeg ik een bericht terug met de vraag of ik enkele tests kon uitvoeren, zodat ze gerichter konden kijken naar de mogelijke oorzaken van de problemen. Uiteindelijk werd het probleem rond 23:50 volledig opgelost.

En dat op een zaterdag! Geweldige service.

Eerst wat vragen per mail gesteld. Worden vlot en vriendelijk beantwoord.

Na test account van een uurtje genoeg gezien, bieden voor mij geen meerwaarde. Gelukkig van een maand gepakt want geld terug kennen ze ook niet (diverse andere hosting kunnen/doen dat wel). Goed die 5 euro is wel te overzien.

Gezien ik geen diensten meer afneem kunnen mijn gegevens worden verwijderd. Account sluiten / persoonlijke gegevens verwijderen helaas dat kunnen ze ivm de belastingdienst niet. Dit is natuurlijk onzin. Facturen staan los van inloggegevens / accounts.

Diverse andere blijven is dat namelijk wel mogelijk en zo hoort het ook.

Kortom 7 jaar lang word login/email voor account onnodig actief gehouden.

AVG/Recht op gegevens verwijderen doen ze niet aan en hierop gewezen. Vanaf toen complete radiostilte. Melding gedaan bij autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.

Mocht je liteserver mailen, deze mails worden waarschijnlijk ook jaren opgeslagen, toen ik namelijk een account maakte zag ik mijn mails terug nog voor ik klant was.

Wij zijn zeker 10 jaar op zoek geweest naar een betrouwbare partner voor onze hosting en support diensten. De service, snelheid, technische support kennis en vriendelijkheid verdienen minimaal een 10. Op basis van de afstemming van de techniek merk je dat ze echt verstand van zaken hebben. We lopen al een tijdje mee maar hebben nog nooit zulke snelle en betrouwbare servers meegemaakt. Problemen hebben wij eigenlijk nooit gehad bij LiteServer. Wij zijn onwijs tevreden. Super fijne partij om mee samen te werken!

3 stars because invoices come way too early like 15-20 days before hand n if you setup auto debit you’ll be paying every 15-20 days

My invoice was due for 25 but came on 10th so account was set to autodebit n cut on 10th

LiteServer has been very reliable. I've been with them since 2021 and I've only experienced one outage since then which is very good. The support is great and goes above and beyond to help. Recently I needed to install Arch on my vps but couldn't use vnc due to my blindness, they made an exception and installed it for me despite not usually helping customers with unmanaged vps's. I did have some latency issues with them however they have now been fixed. They also have very fair pricing. Over-all, excellent hosting provider.
