I supported this company back when it was on Kickstarter. It looked like they were offering a really innovative product at a reasonable price. I got the cameras delivered on Kickstarter and they worked well. Service was excellent in the beginning--they even sent replacement cameras for free and a big discount on the solar panel when I complained about battery life.

When their v2 cameras came out, I bought several more based on the promises of improvements. There were a few improvements, but the increased battery life was a total lie--it was far worse than the v1 cameras.

Gradually, Litmor Support stopped answering my questions. I ended up replacing all but one Litmor with Amazon Blinks. Then months ago, that camera started throwing a "gateway error", which I assume meant the servers were down. But I could still view the camera feed on my app.

Now, the cameras don't connect at all and I can't view anything. The company website is gone and I would assume they went bust. Needless to say, do NOT buy any of their cameras if you still see any floating around out there on the internet.

Litmor as a company seems to have closed their doors. When attempting to utilize their app, it throws an error, "Request failed: bad gateway (502) code: -1011". The app doesn't allow you to view any of the connected cameras, setup new cameras, login to your unique ID, adjust camera configurations, etc. This has been the case for the past month or so. Any emails sent to the company go unanswered. You also cannot access their website any longer. It returns a "403 Forbidden". Their SSL certificate is showing as invalid as well.
If you're able to purchase their products anywhere other than their website, I'd highly suggest not doing so until they come back on the radar.

It appears that Litmor company is dead. Their online service isn’t working anymore. I get HTTP 502 error on my app which means that the cameras couldn’t connect to their servers and even when I tried logging into my account via app. I have been getting errors on my app and unable to connect to my cameras.

Tried to rescan all my cameras with their QR codes but the app scanner reports error, too. So dead end - no way to enroll them back to the app. These are as good as bricked and belong to red bin. I bought three of them when they were released through Kickstarter.com. Lessons learned and will rather stick to Ring and Swann. Save your stress and time. No support, no one is managing at their end. You wouldn’t know who else is watching you if your ones still work.

Fed up with litmor battery cam not connecting or working as they should. Fed up with sending emails to Litmor asking for advice and help and getting no replies. I have 4 of them to make sure my elderly mother is ok. But they are not reliable. Changed to blink camera system which work every time.

Litmor does not answer my text. Support is not available. Camera is off line a lot . Batteries don’t last very long. Camera 2 just doesn’t work anymore.

Hi, bought the litmor security cam 2 mainly becuase it looked a good price/quality ratio and it seemed possible to use in offline (no wifi) mode based on information on litmor.com.

Reality is 1) it is a nice camera for the money and 2) does NOT work in offline mode. Additionally customer support is literally non existent!

Awful experience. Got two rechargeable security cams through kick-starter. Knew they were an established company so I though its a no brainer. First up they took 6-9 months to arrive.i was prepared to forgive that if the cameras were good. They weren't. Almost everything in their product description was false. Battery life was dismal due to false alerts ,the camera would trigger constantly for no reason regardless of sensitivity settings,video quality was choppy. No real night vision but built in spotlight that drained the battery. You'd be lucky if you get two days from the battery,never-ending the claimed 6 months. Support is non existent other than a lady messaging you to say they're looking into the issue but nothing ever gets fixed.pulled them off the wall and dumped in a drawer. Get a Ring,Nest ,Arlo etc. Anything but these.

Overvågningskamera der kun optager engang imellem. Litmor yder en ufulstændig og sløv support der ikke løser de alt for mange problemer. Og som det værste viser optagelser i min log adskillige billeder fra private hjem og virksomheder fra flere lande!!! Yderst kritisk!

Based on my experience with the Litmor Battery Cam, I would not recommend it. I have had nothing but trouble with it from day one. The battery does not stay charged for a significant amount of time. At one point I was constantly getting notifications literally seconds at a time but when I checked the files, there was nothing/no one to be seen. Other times there were movement of people and vehicles within the monitoring area but no notifications. Now it seems I'm not getting any type of notifications at all. None. I have uninstalled the app, deleted the camera, reset and reinstalled everything and yet no notifications and nothing at all showing in the daily view. Several times I've walked right in front of the camera and still nothing. When it does/did work, the pictures were crisp and clear as was the talking feature. But what good is that when the camera works/worked intermittently? This was a waste of money.
I forgot to mention how I have a "recorded" view on my feed of what I assume to be a Mother on the phone (in the kitchen area) and a child sitting at the dinning room table. I DO NOT have the slightest idea who these people are. It is definitely not from MY home! Go figure. Makes you wonder if someone has access to my camera and potentially viewing my area!?!!??
