Suite de l'arnaque Lirobots-fr :
J'ai donc reçu un aspirateur robot Liectroux totalement défectueux : il se cogne dans tous les meubles, passe à plusieurs reprises au même endroit et ne fait pas le reste de la pièce. Lirobots-fr a demandé une vidéo. J'ai envoyé une vidéo comme preuve. Ils m'ont renvoyé une vidéo où un homme met une bande de caoutchouc noir sur le devant du robot pour amortir les chocs...
Ils doivent être éclatés de rire à Hong Kong...
J'ai renouvelé ma demande de remboursement.
Après avoir bien joué avec moi, ils se sont volatilisés. Plus aucune nouvelle.
Visa refuse le remboursement car j'ai payé en ligne volontairement sans qu'on me vole ma carte.
Bref, une arnaque de plus.
Avant d'acheter, il faut vt vérifier les sites.
Là, c'était le black friday, je me suis précipitée.
Tant pis pour moi !

Having found the product unfit for purpose, all attempts at returning the item have hit a dead end - no phone number, no return address, despite several approaches to get them. Having paid by credit card, we have raised a Consumer Credit Act 1974 Section 75 claim.

Fell for the same scam as above. Cancelled almost immediately via email but of course, lot of lying about 'warehouse, logistics etc'
Even rang the bank to stop the pending payment but they just sent me a form to fill out for a Visa transaction dispute.
Anyway, set the robot up, thought I'd see if I could get any use from it. It's pretty loud, bangs into everything, gets stuck. It does manage to suck up a lot of dust (we only have tiles). I'm not game to use the water tank/mop. It seems very unsophisticated, from what I can gather from the instructions the water 'seeps' out of the tank and the cloth attached mops it up? Trying to make the most out of a crap situation and going to use it for as long as it lasts. Treating it like a problematic pet.

Que vergüenza de empresa,no le recomiendo a nadie que compre nada en litroux,llevo varios meses intentando devolver el aspirador y solo me dice una y otra vez una tal Cindy que devolver el producto lleva mucho tiempo y dinero.empezaron ofreciendo el 5%de reembolso y me quedase con el para regalárselo a alguien y ya vamos por el 21%,todo esto de un 1 en 1 ahora dice que lleva mucho tiempo y esfuerzo.y tanto si no quieren proporcionar la dichosa dirección de devolución.me tienen harto la verdad pero no pienso parar hasta conseguir el rembolso total.alguien sabe donde puedo denunciar a esta empresa?

completely in line with all other reviews - this is a scam. I ordered this robot vac without proper research on the night of Dec 24th, and having done research the next day I tried to cancel my purchase on Dec 25th. They "shipped" my robot on Dec 25th by Royal Mail according to their customer service, so it was too late to cancel.
Impossible to return - they advise me against it, as the shipping needs to be to China at my risk, at my expense and I am expected to cover customs tax as well. They also offered a 5% refund. I have disputed the charge with the credit card company, no result as yet. Will also go through the trouble of reporting them to Citizens Advice.

Absolute scam.
Fell for it! Asked for return address for refund multiple times and keep refusing to answer.
Do not buy!!

Effectivement grosse arnaque.
Commande annulée dans l'heure car je me suis rendu compte de la fraude en recevant un mail bourré de fautes.
Réponse par mail 3-4 jours plus tard , trop tard pour annuler car commande déjà expédiée.
J'ai reçu un modèle ms7pro de Litroux en vente 124€ sur leur site. J'ai payé 219€!
Je viens de demander le retour sans grand espoir...

HOLD jer langt væk. Kun problemer. Købte i marts en støvsuger, hvor jeg 2 timer efter at have placeret ordren fortrød efter at have læst anmeldelser på trustpilot. Jeg skrev straks jeg havde fortrydt ordren til deres kontaktmail, hvilket de under ingen omstændigheder accepterede trods deres fortrydelses politik på hjemmesiden. Under 1 uge senere modtog jeg støvsugeren, som jeg nægtede modtagelse af og dermed ryger pakken retur. Jeg havde købt via klarna (30 dages betalingsfrist), som jeg efterfølgende har kæmpet med at bevise pakken er røget retur og aldrig modtaget af mig. Efter et par måneder var betalingen slettet hos Klarna, men nu her 6-7 måneder senere får jeg en ny opkrævning fra klarna og stadigvæk ingen støvsuger, fordi Litroux nægter at acceptere jeg ikke ville have deres støvsuger alligevel. Det er tydeligt at det er robotsvar jeg får, når jeg forsøger at kontakte virksomheden og ingen vil stå til ansvar eller acceptere at en handel ikke gik igennem.

Heftige Abzockerei. Bei Rücksendungen des Gerätes bzw. Verweigerung des Pakets, weil falsch bestellt, erfolgt keine Rückerstattung. Erst nach Nachforderung erhalte ich einen Betrag, jedoch verrechnen sie 45 Euro für die logistischen Kosten, dass sie dann zudem natürlich zu ihren Gunsten, noch falsch verrechnen. Wirkt nicht serös bzw. würde dort nie wieder bestellen und dies keinem empfehlen!!

I only gave 1 star because I could not give zero. I ordered this in error and sent an email to cancel my order within 15 minutes. Sadly I received a response the next day to advise the item had been despatched. When I requested authorisation to return the item, this was the response I received:-
There is nothing wrong with our products.

I need to explain that it is a hassle to return the product.

Please note:

1. you need to return the product to China by yourself and bear the return shipping cost;
2. After the return is successful, we need to deduct the relevant customs duty, as well as deduct 15% of the return fee;
3. If the product is damaged during the return process, it will not be returned.
4.The return policy states that the return address must be provided by us, the address on the parcel is not the return address for us, if you return the parcel to any other address other than the one provided by us, we will not be able to receive the parcel, and then all the losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the goods without permission.

If you want a full refund, you will need to return the item and pay for the shipping costs, as well as customs duties. Returning the item from your location to China will cost a lot of money and time.

In this case, how about we give you a refund of 5% of this order and you don't return the parcel? You can leave the item there as a gift for your friends or family.

El día 29 de julio les compré un robot. Después de reclamarles en varias ocasiones el paquete, sólo me decían que estaba en camino. Ya me he comprado otro y les he pedido el reembolso. Han pasado los 10 días que me dijeron para recibir mi dinero y nada. Hoy me han escrito, como si nada, que mi robot ya está en camino. ¿Qué hago?

I don't believe the 5* reviews as the reviewers only seem to have 1st and only posted review! stupidly purchased a robot vacuum cleaner from Litrobot, formely Litroux. I purchased the item because I believed it was a UK based company because of its co.uk url, it's not, I was also tempted by the sale and a supposedly independent review: pro-testing.org where it came top ( I don't quite believe this review as I have since discovered the email address of the reviewer does not exist) I regretted my purchase almost immediately having read further reviews and requested a cancellation within minutes through their customer service email address, there is no other contact details. I received an email days later stating the item was already dispatched and couldn't not be cancelled. I replied that I would refuse the delivery and was threatened with losing my money and being charged £40 for the return.
The website states delivery within 2-5 days, I received an email informing me that the delivery would be delayed. I received the package over two weeks later. I requested a return address because I now knew I was dealing with a company in China and unlike genuine Chinese imports through bonefide retailers I had no idea if this machine conformed to UK electrical standards. My numerous requests for a return address were fobbed off, I was told that it was very expensive for me to return the item which included custom/storage costs. They asked me to try the machine out as this would not effect my consumer rights and offered a 3% discount! My last correspondence was a request again for the return address and informed the company that I would be referring them to Trading Standards and would raise a dispute with my credit card. I have had no response since.

Het zijn oplichters!! Via de creditcard maatschappij hebben wij ons geld terug gekregen. Wel de retourkosten kwijt geraakt.

Purchased Robot Vaccum on-line via their web page. Immediately contacted their customer support email (only way to contact them) requesting order be cancelled. 24 hour later they sent email stating couldn’t be cancelled as already shipped, in fact it hadn’t left. Repeatedly request cancellation and order was dispatched 3 days later anyway. About 10 days later item arrived - I should have just refused to accept delivery in hindsight. Requested return address 4 times, it still hasn’t been provided. the first time I received email reply and offer of 3% total refund with spiel that it was so difficult for return to China. I replied again stating that this was unnecessary, this time I was offered a 5% refund and if I accepted I could keep the product!!! This time I responded again saying totally unacceptable and that I would pursue legal remedy.

They don’t abide by any form of distance selling but use the .uk website to infer they are UK based. They’re not, they’re based in China and have pitiful customer service. Don’t touch with a barge poll

SCAM!!!!! They never sent the item and gave fake tracking info claiming it was delivered the day after purchase (miraculous clearing of customs there!)

First day out of the box, used the easy set up guide, before I knew it was off and running. Never realised when I bought it, cleans tiled floors and carpets alike. A plus is that it gets under sofas and chairs with ease. Early days but 10 out of 10 for me.

Har bestilt en robotstøvsuger hos litroux, til 2000,- kr, men har endnu ikke modtaget den.
Bestilte den D. 20/10-2024, og i dag skriver vi D. 14/11, kan det virkelig have sin rigtighed, eller er jeg bare for utålmodig?????????

PS. Har fået et sporingsnummer, som jeg så prøvede at søge på hos Post Nord Danmark,( som de skrev, at den ville blive leveret med), men de skriver bare at de ikke kan finde sporingsnummeret

Ordered a vacuum almost one year ago and have been struggling to get a refund ever since. The robot malfunctioned from the start and I’ve been sent a replacement wheel to install myself, but this didn’t solve the issue. The support desk keeps dodging my request to get a refund by asking for the same videos of the replacement wheel and general functioning of the robot for months now. I think I have to come to terms with the fact that the whole purchase was a scam. Besides the vacuum not working, it cost me many moments of frustration when providing videos and writing emails to a support email address that is purposely making you run around in circles and never had the intention to actually help or take back the product. Horrible experience.

Item ordered on the 2nd of October and now its the 11th of October. Total scam don't buy! Nearly 200 gone. Remember if it seems to good to be true, it's a scam always pay with PayPal not just on a debit card.
