J'ai donc reçu un aspirateur robot Liectroux totalement défectueux : il se cogne dans tous les meubles, passe à plusieurs reprises au même endroit et ne fait pas le reste de la piÚce. Lirobots-fr a demandé une vidéo. J'ai envoyé une vidéo comme preuve. Ils m'ont renvoyé une vidéo où un homme met une bande de caoutchouc noir sur le devant du robot pour amortir les chocs...
Ils doivent être éclatés de rire à Hong Kong...
J'ai renouvelé ma demande de remboursement.
AprÚs avoir bien joué avec moi, ils se sont volatilisés. Plus aucune nouvelle.

Fell for the same scam as above. Cancelled almost immediately via email but of course, lot of lying about 'warehouse, logistics etc'
Even rang the bank to stop the pending payment but they just sent me a form to fill out for a Visa transaction dispute.
Anyway, set the robot up, thought I'd see if I could get any use from it. It's pretty loud, bangs into everything, gets stuck. It does manage to suck up a lot of dust (we only have tiles). I'm not game to use the water tank/mop. It seems very unsophisticated, from what I can gather from the instructions the water 'seeps' out of the tank and the cloth attached mops it up? Trying to make the most out of a crap situation and going to use it for as long as it lasts. Treating it like a problematic pet.

completely in line with all other reviews - this is a scam. I ordered this robot vac without proper research on the night of Dec 24th, and having done research the next day I tried to cancel my purchase on Dec 25th. They "shipped" my robot on Dec 25th by Royal Mail according to their customer service, so it was too late to cancel.
Impossible to return - they advise me against it, as the shipping needs to be to China at my risk, at my expense and I am expected to cover customs tax as well. They also offered a 5% refund. I have disputed the charge with the credit card company, no result as yet. Will also go through the trouble of reporting them to Citizens Advice.

HOLD jer langt vÊk. Kun problemer. KÞbte i marts en stÞvsuger, hvor jeg 2 timer efter at have placeret ordren fortrÞd efter at have lÊst anmeldelser på trustpilot. Jeg skrev straks jeg havde fortrydt ordren til deres kontaktmail, hvilket de under ingen omstÊndigheder accepterede trods deres fortrydelses politik på hjemmesiden. Under 1 uge senere modtog jeg stÞvsugeren, som jeg nÊgtede modtagelse af og dermed ryger pakken retur. Jeg havde kÞbt via klarna (30 dages betalingsfrist), som jeg efterfÞlgende har kÊmpet med at bevise pakken er rÞget retur og aldrig modtaget af mig. Efter et par måneder var betalingen slettet hos Klarna, men nu her 6-7 måneder senere får jeg en ny opkrÊvning fra klarna og stadigvÊk ingen stÞvsuger, fordi Litroux nÊgter at acceptere jeg ikke ville have deres stÞvsuger alligevel. Det er tydeligt at det er robotsvar jeg får, når jeg forsÞger at kontakte virksomheden og ingen vil stå til ansvar eller acceptere at en handel ikke gik igennem.

Heftige Abzockerei. Bei RÌcksendungen des GerÀtes bzw. Verweigerung des Pakets, weil falsch bestellt, erfolgt keine RÌckerstattung. Erst nach Nachforderung erhalte ich einen Betrag, jedoch verrechnen sie 45 Euro fÌr die logistischen Kosten, dass sie dann zudem natÌrlich zu ihren Gunsten, noch falsch verrechnen. Wirkt nicht serös bzw. wÌrde dort nie wieder bestellen und dies keinem empfehlen!!

I only gave 1 star because I could not give zero. I ordered this in error and sent an email to cancel my order within 15 minutes. Sadly I received a response the next day to advise the item had been despatched. When I requested authorisation to return the item, this was the response I received:-

I need to explain that it is a hassle to return the product.
Please note:
1. you need to return the product to China by yourself and bear the return shipping cost;
2. After the return is successful, we need to deduct the relevant customs duty, as well as deduct 15% of the return fee;
3. If the product is damaged during the return process, it will not be returned.
4.The return policy states that the return address must be provided by us, the address on the parcel is not the return address for us, if you return the parcel to any other address other than the one provided by us, we will not be able to receive the parcel, and then all the losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the goods without permission.
If you want a full refund, you will need to return the item and pay for the shipping costs, as well as customs duties. Returning the item from your location to China will cost a lot of money and time.
In this case, how about we give you a refund of 5% of this order and you don't return the parcel? You can leave the item there as a gift for your friends or family.

I don't believe the 5* reviews as the reviewers only seem to have 1st and only posted review! stupidly purchased a robot vacuum cleaner from Litrobot, formely Litroux. I purchased the item because I believed it was a UK based company because of its co.uk url, it's not, I was also tempted by the sale and a supposedly independent review: pro-testing.org where it came top ( I don't quite believe this review as I have since discovered the email address of the reviewer does not exist) I regretted my purchase almost immediately having read further reviews and requested a cancellation within minutes through their customer service email address, there is no other contact details. I received an email days later stating the item was already dispatched and couldn't not be cancelled. I replied that I would refuse the delivery and was threatened with losing my money and being charged £40 for the return.
The website states delivery within 2-5 days, I received an email informing me that the delivery would be delayed. I received the package over two weeks later. I requested a return address because I now knew I was dealing with a company in China and unlike genuine Chinese imports through bonefide retailers I had no idea if this machine conformed to UK electrical standards. My numerous requests for a return address were fobbed off, I was told that it was very expensive for me to return the item which included custom/storage costs. They asked me to try the machine out as this would not effect my consumer rights and offered a 3% discount! My last correspondence was a request again for the return address and informed the company that I would be referring them to Trading Standards and would raise a dispute with my credit card. I have had no response since.

Purchased Robot Vaccum on-line via their web page. Immediately contacted their customer support email (only way to contact them) requesting order be cancelled. 24 hour later they sent email stating couldnât be cancelled as already shipped, in fact it hadnât left. Repeatedly request cancellation and order was dispatched 3 days later anyway. About 10 days later item arrived - I should have just refused to accept delivery in hindsight. Requested return address 4 times, it still hasnât been provided. the first time I received email reply and offer of 3% total refund with spiel that it was so difficult for return to China. I replied again stating that this was unnecessary, this time I was offered a 5% refund and if I accepted I could keep the product!!! This time I responded again saying totally unacceptable and that I would pursue legal remedy.
They donât abide by any form of distance selling but use the .uk website to infer they are UK based. Theyâre not, theyâre based in China and have pitiful customer service. Donât touch with a barge poll

First day out of the box, used the easy set up guide, before I knew it was off and running. Never realised when I bought it, cleans tiled floors and carpets alike. A plus is that it gets under sofas and chairs with ease. Early days but 10 out of 10 for me.

Ordered a vacuum almost one year ago and have been struggling to get a refund ever since. The robot malfunctioned from the start and Iâve been sent a replacement wheel to install myself, but this didnât solve the issue. The support desk keeps dodging my request to get a refund by asking for the same videos of the replacement wheel and general functioning of the robot for months now. I think I have to come to terms with the fact that the whole purchase was a scam. Besides the vacuum not working, it cost me many moments of frustration when providing videos and writing emails to a support email address that is purposely making you run around in circles and never had the intention to actually help or take back the product. Horrible experience.
