Lovely jewellery , great customer service ordered twice and will be ordering again highly recommended

Great choice of earrings. I got a pair as a present with an earring holder, which is very cute and will make a lovely present. I also got myself another pair which I am very pleased with. They are so easy to put in and look lovely. They are always beautifully packed, each in its own bag

Pretty earrings but great difficulty actually joining them up .I am still trying but I think they could break if too much pressure on them .

Disappointed with one pair of earrings as they were much bigger than expected. Contacted their customer services and still waiting for a reply a week later despite sending 2 emails.

Appalling company. I received a faulty pair of earrings and have been emailing for 2 weeks. I have been ignored. I would never order with this company again, certainly not if you value quality products and good customer service. Terrible.

Great experience and lovely products as well as being value for money

Very quick delivery, in lovely packaging - the tissue paper is fabulous, the earrings are for gifts and I know they will be gratefully received. The prices are very reasonable too! I have to stop myself from buying more! But don't worry I will be back!

The earrings are gorgeous. Good quality and dainty, not too big and over the top. I have bought a few pairs and they have lasted well. I’ve also bought rings as gifts and they have also been well made and look attractive.

My only complaint is the delivery time. I have ordered these as presents on a few occasions with at least 2/3 weeks in advance and on all occasions they have not arrived in time. Luckily they are worth the wait but be prepared for this if needed them within a time frame.

Can't wait to open my advent calendar! Such a lovely treat in the run up to christmas. If anything like previous years, it will be amazing!

Very happy with my purchases. I’ve ordered some early Christmas presents.
Everything arrived promptly and in lovely packaging.
I’ve ordered the advent calendar which is due in November Im looking forward to receiving that. It will be exciting to share these goodies with my daughter in the run up to Christmas.

Appalling company. Ordered earrings on 6th October, still hadn’t received by the 16th October so messaged via website. No reply but strangely earrings were dispatched 19th. They arrived 22nd October (too late for birthday), and one pair are missing!! Emailed twice more and no reply. So I am now a pair of earrings down and no replacement in sight. Never ordering again from this company and would urge people not to order either, unless you want to be ripped off.

Superb, will definitely buy from here again. I love my earrings, which came packaged perfectly. I’ve had compliments on them when wearing them too!

I LOVE the little earring company, they are absolutely amazing! Their jewellery is beautiful, dainty and perfect for literally any occasion; it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg (which is brilliant!!) and its all real silver so piercings don’t go green or anything like that, they are by far the best jewellery brand, and to be quite honest they are better than any major jewellery company!! And I love that fact that is a female business!! 💞🫶🏻
