Appalling service
I sent my watch in for a battery replacement at the end of January for about £48 then they sent me an invoice for £138 with no explanation. Eventually, unlike many people on this forum, I managed to speak to somebody and they explained why and some other bits needed replacement I paid the money on 18th of February weâre now almost at the end of March and it is impossible to contact them by phone by online chat or email. I have never known worse customer service and I fear a potential scam. Donât use these guys.

Excellent breakdown invoice detailing all aspects off works needed , with added options and priced per item . I paid £913 for my watch as needed a lot of attention and was estimated 15-20 weeks so went ahead !! with great updates or questions answered via email within a week .
Received watch within in 19 weeks as quoted, brilliant job done âŠ..well done lads !

Diabolical lack of communication with customers!!
LWR acknowledged receipt of my gold Omega Geneve on 17th December 2025., Order number:66659.
Subsequently they said it needed to be sent to Omega to be dealt with, which proposal I accepted by email.
Since then I've heard nothing from LWR or Omega.
I have repeatedly emailed to ask for an update from LWR or Omega but without any replies.
Calling LWR's published number 0207 404 3366 yields a recorded message to the effect that due to call volumes they cannot engage with callers.
Their Customer Services manager. Scott Callaway recently sent me an unsolicited email canvassing for my business!
Incidentally, this same Scott Callaway has announced on his LinkedIn page that he now works for Bremont.
It is disturbing, to say the least, to learn that the business recently went into administration.
I want my 56 year-old watch back.
I suggest anyone with a watch of value, intrinsically or sentimentally, should avoid sending it to LWR to spare themselves anxiety, disappointment and prolonged despair.

Was sent in for a service, took 7months and apparently now needs a new crown. They have no contacts to get one and so just holding onto it.

Apparently the original company i sent watch into, went into administration and so the company im dealing with now, how no obligation to refund me or compensate any money.
Again, i just want my watch back. Will i ever get it back? Im nit confident. Maybe next action is to sue.
2 months still waiting
Sent my watch to them recorded as received on Thursday 29th January. Cannot contact them by phone and the management email responds to advise that emails are not getting through. I have requested that my watch is returned, without response . I would proceed with caution if sending a valuable item to them.
Terrible Service
I sent my Rolex watch to Luxury Watch Repairs in early August 2025 and the estimate for a service and winder repair was £698.40. I paid that on 27th August and still have not had the watch returned.
I have tried many times to get an update but they do not respond to emails, telephone calls or any other form of communication.
The watch was purchased by my father in 1998 and is a treasured memory and I would really like it returned.
It feels like it has been stolen or lost.
The company went into administration in November and now has new owners but this has not been communicated to existing clients.
This lack of customer service is so poor and my next step will be to start legal proceedings.
I used this company a few years ago and they were very good to deal with but currently they are terrible and I would not recommend anyone to use them.
No customer service, I'm owed £500
I have submitted reviews before. I had a watch with the company for over a year. I got it back told it was working, it wasn't. I wore it for an hour and went back to shop. They gave me another receipt in July. Since then I have sent literally over a dozen emails, all acknowledged automatically but never responded to. I have phoned countless times to get an automated too busy to take calls. I originally paid £500. After threatening legal action they say they're sending unrepaired watch back to me. They owe me £500. This is why I am so unhappy with this company

Repair quote was received within two days and work was completed quickly. I had my Tag back within a week of sending it in. Repair and testing was thorough and carried out to a high standard.
