Fast delivery but no tracking provided

The delivery of the mat was fast but unexpected as I didn’t know which day it will arrive. They only mentioned the carrier without any tracking number. It’s important these days to have a tracking as parcels get stolen if they are just left in front porches or outside by the delivery drivers. With tracking you can redirect or give specific delivery instructions.

Really great quality playmat that is


Really great quality playmat that is very comfortable for baby and I to sit and play on for hours. The patterns are so lovely too, though the colours in the photos were slightly different to what I saw on the website but I actually prefer the colour in real life. The size of the mat is great, not too big and can easily be rolled away and used in different parts of the house. Will be recommending these mats to other parents!

Would highly recommend! Love it!

I bought my 10month old girl a large mat from here. It came quickly and the packaging/presentation was brill! It looked exactly as it did on the picture.
The mat is such good quality! I can use it indoors and outdoors, perfect for what I need it for! Would recommend

Lovely mat but smell quite strong

Lovely mat but smell quite strong. I let the mat air out for a few days, before leaving oversea to give birth to my second one, but still smell quite strong. Though Little Fae reassured me that it's not a toxic material but I am not very comfortable to let my little one to play on it because he loves eating everything and anything in front of him.

I did email Little Fae they said I can return it upon my return. But It is just a little annoying that I have deal with it and look for a new one when I am back to the country with a toddler and a newborn.

Stylish Playmat

I recently bought the Neptune Large Luxe Play Mat from Little Fae and love it! It’s very stylish and good quality. It’s thick enough for my baby to roll and move around safely and is easy to wipe down too. It’s definitely worth spending a little more on one of these play mats.

10/10, Fully Recomend!!!

I am so pleased with our beautiful play mat from Little Fae! It arrived very quickly, was well packaged and comes with helpful care instructions. Our baby daughter happily plays and lies on it. We have great confidence in the thickness, quality and comfort of the mat. Equally just as comfy as an adult to sit/kneel on it as it supports you too. Thank you again for such a fab and beautiful mat!

The best customer service and value for money!

I have ordered with Little Fae 3 times and have received exceptional customer service each time, with responses to my emails not only on the same day but within minutes! I have contacted customer support regarding delivery timescales and also regarding stock of a certain design mat and have been met with friendly, helpful responses each time. The quality of the mats is amazing, so soft and makes me feel like my baby is safe when laying, crawling, climbing, walking (and tumbling)! I hoover my mats regularly and they have withstood this (without me following the care instructions 100%), I have had them over 12 months now and there's no damage. The best luxury play mats on the market and definitely value for money compared to competitors. I won't buy similar products from elsewhere. Thanks Little Fae!

Loved by the whole family!

Arrived super fast. Beautiful mat that feels so lovely. Although it was intended for the baby, our whole family (husband, 5 year old and 1 month old) have adopted it for their own purposes - mostly just to hang out on as it’s so comfortable!

Beautiful mat

Great communication from the team when I needed a tracking number to arrange redelivery of my luxe mat. Arrived well packaged and with easy care instructions.
The mat itself is amazing, so comfy and I've spent more time on the floor today than I usually do with my son. Beautiful print that is far more subtle than the other more famous playmat brand. This mat is also thicker but better value than the other brands.
If I had 1 small criticism it would be to do with parcelforce who are the couriers. Terrible communication from them via a half filled in card, having missed their 1st attempt at delivery, then a 2nd random attempt after I'd already chosen a new date.
Thank you Little Fae for improving my playtime and saving my joints!
