Bababoom Ltd レビュー

Very tasty food-cauliflower kebab recommended. Friendly service.

Absolutely over the moon with the service! Another big company let me down so I was recommended Bababoom - delivery was super quick and website was super easy to use! I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with them. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I got expert advise and found what it was right for me. Highly recommended

Great customer service very helpful staff

Lovely shop and very helpful staff. They couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely go back again and would highly recommend.

After to pay, they sent me a message to say that Instead of a set of wheels and screws for the crib, they only sent the wheels. Otherwise, I had to pay extra for the screws… very unprofessional…

Very friendly staff with excellent knowledge on all products! Price matched my new car seat and upgraded me for free when the seat I chose was no longer being stocked. 5* service thank you so much!

Beware! I got scammed. Placed an order 17/11 for a baby item advertised "in stock" and paid £7.95 for next day delivery. Item was never sent, on the first email response weeks later the staff offered no apologies - and then later disappeared. I've contacted them multiple times since and they don't reply or seem to exist. My money was taken.

Staff very knowledgable and passionate. Helped pick the right colour of furniture for a high chair to match kitchen. Always happy buying here and also go out got and draw set, which delivered with great service.

I have alwaya purchased my sons stuff from furniture to prams from Bababoom. Each time i needed to upgrade his car seat i have also visited bababoom who have always been so helpful at explaining the product and giving a demo. They also price match and you would never pay more to them and also get an amazing customer service which we havent experienced elsewhere. Highly recommend them.

Becky and the team at Bababoom were super helpful and knowledgeable, making us feel so comfortable and well informed with all our purchase choices
They were able to talk through our options in a lot of detail and were very attentive on a busy day
They found us the perfect pram set by really getting to understand our needs and lifestyle, they have a wide range of options and also great deals on a lot of their items!
Would 100% recommend!

Prams nicely laid out. Customer service was brilliant and the lady was very friendly and knowledgeable. First time customer discount was great too

Amazing service!!!

I never received my parcel from this company.

The staff have been so helpful from start to finish when buying everything for the baby! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Really great experience at BabaBoom! Very informative about all the products and we felt totally in control of the choice we made - no pushy sales tactics!

They service is swift and easy. They're incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of baby's and buggies. This time while I was chosing a double travel stroller, just knowing they sell a brand I was looking at was enough reassurance to me that I was making the right choice.

Always amazing and so helpful!

What a great informative & impartial appointment. Super friendly, no question was left unanswered, allowed us time to talk together, no pushy sales, honest & open on products & no pushy sales. A real personal shopping experience. We really felt informed and listened to. Thank You so much Ladies. 💙
