Bonjour, j'ai passé commande d'un meuble de rangement de jouet fin mai, j'ai recu une autre marchandise (un gros colis : tour de pisicne plastifié). j'ai envoye de multiples mail et photos pour signaler que le materiel recu n'etait pas celui que javais commandé. Ils ont dit qu'ils voulaient recuperer la marchandise avant de m'envoyer la commande. Mais ils n'envoient personne, ne veulent pas m'envoyer ma commande ni me rembourser: resultat: ce gros colis reste dans mon salon depuis deux mois, je ne suis pas remboursée et n'ai pas ma commande !! c'est scandaleux. J'ai mème pris une demi journée de congé en prevision de leur passage pour reprendre le colis!!!
A fuir absolument... je vais porter plainte d'ailleurs.....

Having bought a kitchen helper from this company before I didn’t hesitate in going back to them for another one as the quality, efficiency of service and speed of delivery had been excellent. This time it was exactly the same. Great company and superb service.

Order a my little helper stand for our grand daughters 1st birthday. Unfortunately arrived damaged so i contacted them and they sent a replacement next day and a UPS for pick up for damaged item. I said it was a little hassle waiting in and they apologised and offered to send an activity pack as a way of a sorry. This is real customer service in action. Thank you

Great company, excellent fast delivery and the easel I purchased was great, sturdy and ideal for little ones. Lots of creativity to be had with this well made present for my 2yr old neice. Very happy customer

The first few images used on the listing for the large bamboo hanging rail showed a robust hanging rack with thick glossy varnished wood and side supports which are made from single lengths of wood (which I specifically looked at and zoomed in on the images). This rack is sold by a few retailers including Debenhams and all use exactly the same set of photos. On the Debenhams site it also says that this rack is good for weights upto 100kg but Debenhams are a littler dearer so I bought it from Little Helper.

What turned up was a box of thin bits of untreated wood which looked flimsy and very little packing material. The uprights were in two sections and unfortunately all the joints were cut off centre so when fitted together they weren't flush. The wood was also so thin in places that some of the short screws provided went right through the join sections and came out the other side. The shelves had slats which were bendy so there's no way you'd want to put books on them (like in the illustrative photo) and the hanging rail was also bendy - so not that practical unless you just want to use it for t shirts.

Basically, it's a piece of cheap junk but it cost just shy of £90 quid so it's really disappointing and not in the least bit funny, especially as I can't return it because I assembled it. There are lots of bamboo hanging racks out there for around £40 but I paid a bit more because I wanted something sturdy and was happy to pay more for a decent quality product. I spent ages looking at the pictures of this one and I feel completely ripped off by what turned up. I'd warn anyone planning on buying this product from any retailer to go careful as you might get the thing that's in the picture or you may get some utter rubbish which is nothing like as good and certainly not worth the money.

Very good. Would highly recommend this independant family business to all. I purchased a bamboo wood clothes rack and it works great. Very strong and sturdy, and can hang several items on it. My parcel also came with a glove, preventing any splinters when assembling the rack. Also includes some spare parts if needed. Price was also very good considering the quality. We recently bought the colourful jigsaw playmat for our little one. Absolutely brilliant products, saves our knees from the hard flooring and so easy to assemble and take apart to change. They were dispatched quickly and the communication from the company couldn't be faulted. Brilliant!

I haven’t actually received the product yet, however the shipment date on a sandpit I wanted for my sons bday was late June which would have been too late, so I emailed customer service and they have been amazing. Quick response, and very helpful. We’re really looking forward to receiving the item :)

Great supplier, quick dispatch, and delivery time excellent.
The balance bike is excellent for first bike.
Sturdy and very easy to assemble.

Our second purchase from Little Helper and very happy with the product and delivery was as promised with clear tracking. The gonge glider board is well designed. It is padded on top and very sturdy. My children feel secure on it. The design covers the wheels somewhat so protects against fingers getting under the wheels. It has two holes which help if you are pulling and pushing someone on it. We are using to build strength and coordination for my asd gdd son and we are making slow progress. Would recommend.

Delighted with my purchase, I bought a fun pod as my friend is a chef and is keen to teach her young son how to prep food, he absolutely loves being in it, joining in with his child set of chefs utensils! The base can be lowered as the child gets taller. A great find. Delivered within the timescale given, recommended for sure.

Very happy with our order had to wait a while for it but no fault of little helper shipping crisis to blame, thank you for your patience with me. My little one help me build his new table & chairs & he loves it!!

Great POD! the Key with pods is that they have to be able to prevent any kid from falling over. You get what you pay for here, it costs 100$ yes, but your kid won't fall and its sturdy. My son is 2.5 years old and 40 pounds and i needed a POD that would hold him up when he uses it. This is the only one i could trust.

Ordered an item it said 3 - 10 day shipping- 16 days later it’s only just shipped- missed the birthday completely
Update to this when I contacted them they just cancelled the order with no consultation so rather than a late present there’s no present at all.

Excellent company to deal with, prompt service, product well finished. Lovely step stool perfect for our Little Helper!

Great quality and design. Prompt delivery. One very delighted 3 year old who has already dug, planted, watered seeds and joined her daddy helping with the lovely wheelbarrow.

I purchased the Deluxe Eco Conscious Solid Wood Space Saving Easy Folding High Chair which was cheaper at Little Helper than other vendors. It arrived promptly, well package but with a minor issue (hardware missing). The seller responded immediately and the problem swiftly corrected. The product itself is very high quality - very pleased!

Super educational toy
My great nephew absolutely loved this. He is an active outdoor little boy and mummy and daddy helped him build the car immediately on unwrapping his gift!

I ordered and paid a month ago for an item. I have had no communication from them and it is impossible to get in touch with them as their chat is only for orders and they don’t answer emails. Avoid!!
