We ordered a Montessori table & chairs for our little girl on 2 December.

While building one of the chairs, I noticed one of the chair parts was faulty as it was missing one of the holes you need to put the screw in. Which makes assembly impossible. I contacted customer service & provided a picture of the faulty item & requested a replacement. Customer support emailed me back asking many technical questions about the faulty part & promised a replacement 10 days ago. No replacement arrived yet, and no email was sent advising if the replacement was shipped, etc. I emailed asking about the delivery date for the replacement, but I didn't receive any response and emailed them again today. Really bad experience, considering the fact this is a Christmas present & table was not the cheapest. Will never buy from them again.

Placed two orders, one swiftly dispatched and the second there was an issue with the product before dispatch. The company got in touch, offered solutions and went above and beyond in terms of communication to make sure I got the item in time for Christmas.

Very grateful to Kim for great communication and ensuring our order arrives before Christmas for our little girl.

Very happy with the table and chair set that we got for our 15-month old. It looks great, it's sturdy and was easy to put together. Our little one enjoys having their own table to sit at and browse through his books or do a puzzle, which is a nice break from running around and causing chaos. I found the whole process of buying very easy & competive in price too so thank you !!!

Ordered one of their table and chair sets from Amazon. One of my chair legs snapped out of nowhere (whilst my toddler was sitting on it, which scared him). I contacted the company for a replacement piece since the chair was only 8 months old and this seems to have been a fault as it happened with no damage or misuse from us. From the start the company were difficult to deal with, first suggesting I pay for the replacement and insinuating multiple times it was our fault it broke. After a few back and forth messages they agreed to send a replacement for free, however it has now been a month since my original message with no replacement in sight (despite messaging them multiple times). This as left me with a table and chair I haven’t been able to use for a month or the foreseeable future, and have had to store in a separate room so my twins don’t see it and get upset they can’t use it/fight over the one chair.

TL;DR, I can’t recommend this company due to extremely poor customer service

A terrible experience from start to finish. I place an order for 5 clothes rails in mid September with an estimated delivery of 3-4 working days. Two weeks after ordering I was informed that three of the items had been delivered to another customer and were no longer available. I have now been waiting seven weeks for a refund and ten weeks for the other two items. The business owner Kim is extremely slow to respond to emails and doesn’t follow up customer delivery issues. I have now had to contact my credit card company for a refund totally nearly £400.

We ordered a high chair over a month ago. After chasing up it's location on the 24th of October, we were inform it's pre order and will be dispatched early Nov. We have been chasing for an update since early November, with no update. It's been an absolute pain dealing with this company. Their communication is shocking. Such a shame as their items look great

Really lovely small book case. Sturdy and fits nicely into small spaces. My granddaughter loves it. Easy to assemble and well designed. Cannot fault it.

bought a helper tower natural, positives are they delivered quickly, building the tower was simple

my issue is I wrote a review stating that the place where the toddler stands , the wood seems bit bendy, it’s holding up at the moment but the company didn’t want to save it on their website , hence i’m writing it here. apart from that the tower is good, i don’t think it will break, just wish the wood was harder/ thicker ?

Ordered a desk and chair set for my 2year old granddaughter. Sturdy, well made and easy to assemble.
Delivered promptly and on time.

So pleased with our purchase of the kitchen helper tower. The quality is great and our 2yo loves it!!! He loves getting involved in the food prep and now wants to get in it to help prepare his breakfast every morning. Highly recommended.

I bought the Montessori easel for my two year old grandson as he is very tall. He loves it, especially the magnets. It is height adjustable so it should last him for years. It’s a good solid toy which I am very happy with. It arrived quickly, in time for his birthday.

I bought a black kitchen helper.
For £90, I received a damaged item.
When buying new, I expected a product with no defects.
You can get a better one second-hand on a marketplace.

Customer service is a complete failure.
They respond whenever they feel like it, and for the damage, they offered £15 compensation, which is ridiculous.

There was no return label in the box, so I’m stuck with a damaged product that’s unusable and out of pocket.

I absolutely do not recommend!

Edit.They offered £40, but it turned out there’s additional damage and no holes for attaching the handles.

They’ve replied here, but not to the email XD

We ordered a clothes rack from LittleHelper. First, the UPS tracking number said the item had been delivered, but it showed delivered to a UK address whereas we had ordered it to Switzerland! LittleHelper did say they would dispatch a replacement, but then the original one showed up randomly a few days later, although we could never track this.

When the item finally did arrive, we built the item only to find that 3 pieces are missing! That means the we can only use 1 out of 2 shelves that are on the clothes rack. Considering we spent £89 on this item, that is just unacceptable. I have been chasing LittleHelper for a solution, either to send us the missing parts or to offer us some kind of refund, but it has been nearly 6 weeks and we haven't had any solution yet.

Super disappointed and waste of money.

I had a negative experience with a clothes rack that I ordered (faulty and different from product photos and web description) but I have now received a full refund and returned the item, therefore updating my review.

We purchased an activity mat from this company and truly delighted. It was a gift for our granddaughter who loves it. She plays on it after a feed giving mummy time to get ready or cook the dinner. Really useful and beautifully made. To be helpful she’s 8 weeks old and this will be useful for a long time yet! Thank you for a great service. We will be back!

Jeg lagde en ordre torsdag, og modtog efterfølgende en e-mail om, at leveringstid var 25-30 dage, og at jeg skulle ringe til kundeservice for at annullere denne. Jeg ringer samme dag, og kundeservice havde lukket. Det fremgik af deres telefonsvarer, at de har åbent mandag-torsdag kl. 9-12, så jeg ringer mandag for at annullere ordren. Jeg får så oplyst, at jeg ikke længere kan annullere den, da der er gået mere end 24 timer fra jeg lagde den. Det fremgår ikke af deres e-mail, at jeg skulle annullere den inden 24 timer, og nu hænger jeg så på en pakke, jeg ikke ønsker, efter at have talt med deres kundeservice. Det er sku synd og spild af alles ressourcer!
