Ordered a bed on 5th September 2025 with delivery scheduled for January 2026. In November, I was told the bed I had ordered had been discontinued and that I would need to pay extra for an alternative. I refused, since this was entirely their error and not mine. To their credit, they eventually agreed to cover the difference.

January arrived with no delivery. When I chased it, I was told the new delivery date was June. June came and went with no delivery and no communication whatsoever — I had to chase every step of the way.

The bed finally turned up in mid-July, arriving in two separate parcels with zero explanation. Throughout the entire process, communication was practically non-existent.

Nearly a year from order to delivery, constant chasing, and no proactive communication at any stage. The product may be fine, but the service completely let me down — and it shouldn’t take escalating to get basic customer care.

I need to thank Nico for her persistence in ensuring I received the item nearly a year later.

I am unable to fix the cover, it’s too small. Wasted 5 plus hours trying to fix but yet not fixed. Three people tried fixing but just doesn’t get fixed. Need help with fixing or else please take it back and give me my refund.

We ordered the King Single bedframe and we all love it!

Firstly, we did have an issue with the our pre-order, as the original colour "Dusty Blue" was out of stock. The support team were very helpful to provide us with a couple solutions, to which we were satisfied.

The bed came on time and was very easy to setup, even with our 2 year old son "helping"
It was a fun experience and really helped him get invested in his big boy bed. King Single is also a perfect size incase we need to co-sleep.
We can see ourselves using this bedframe for another 3-4 years easy.

The team at Lifely have been great with communication and answering any of my queries.
As with any conversation, politeness goes a long way.

I originally ordered this bed for my toddler and was very excited. My order said the bed would be shipped within a week of my order, 3 weeks later the bed still had not shipped. I went several emails that went unanswered, then their email address was kicking back saying it was invalid. I reached out on instagram and finally got someone from the Lifely company to respond. After not being offered any type of discount for my inconvenience they “shipped” the bed and now apparently the package is lost. This has been an order from hell with little to no care about the inconvenience this has caused.

Update as of July 20th:
The customer service at Lifely helped me out tremendously. Very thankful I found their email address and was able to get in contact with them. The bed did arrive and my toddler (2yo) loves it even my youngest (1 yo). The bed is very kid friendly and we love that the frame is soft because these boys enjoy jumping all over it during their free play.

On 5th June, I ordered two of the Little Lifely single foam floor beds, one in Pink and one in Baby Blue. I also ordered a spare cover in Dusty Blue. The Pink was marked as in-stock and arrived on 17th June, so far it seems like what I was hoping. The Baby Blue was pre-order with a dispatch timeframe between 15th - 22nd June. I have sent many enquiries and been brushed off, on 26th of June I was told “Upon checking, the item from your order was unfortunately oversold and has now become out of stock. At the moment, the next incoming batch is expected to arrive around the second week of July. But we can assure you that your order is prioritize when the batch arrives.” After that, they told me it actually was in stock and they were just waiting on their warehouse team to print a label. Well, today is 7th of July and I am yet to receive a shipping notification for the Baby Blue bed. Who knows when it will arrive. Meanwhile, my son is sleeping on a mattress on the floor in our new house because we expected the bed to be here by now. Not ideal.
EDITED 13th JULY After posting this review the customer service team sent me an email offering me a store credit as an apology for the many delays, and also asking if I would be willing to modify my review. In appreciation for the store credit and now that all items have finally arrived and I am satisfied with the quality, I have added another star onto my review, up to 3 stars. I am leaving 2 stars off because A) The pre-order shipping date advertised was completely inaccurate B) I had to chase them up to find out that the bed was “over sold” and therefore my order wasn’t shipped when it was supposed to be C) There did not seem to be a genuine effort to resolve any of this until I posted a public review. They are getting 3 stars because A) The beds look awesome and my kids love them B) They eventually offered a store credit that reflected the inconvenience and delay

Damaged bed and after a few weeks everything is sorted. Happy with the results.

I was really struggling to find a stylish and safe bed for my 3 year old as her first bed after transitioning from a cot. When I saw this bed, I knew it would be perfect. She absolutely loves it and when she’s sick it’s perfect as I can easily sleep with her. It’s the perfect bed as she can’t fall out, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. Probably our best buy yet since being parents! I struggle not to sleep in their myself every night it’s so comfortable!

We transitioned our 1 year old to a little Lifely bed and we have seen a massive improvement with his sleep. He loves the independence and we don’t have to worry about him falling out or hitting his head on a bed frame. The best was super easy to set up and looks absolutely stunning. So happy with this purchase! Will definitely recommend to all my mum friends looking for a big kid bed

I cannot begin to explain how much I love this bed! It completely removed the anxiousness I felt about my daughter moving from her cot to a bed - being low to the ground and no sharp edges - I have no concerns about her during the night (even when she wakes up in the middle of the night). It’s functional, safe and has really elevated her room - thank you Little Lifely, my daughter truly loves her “big girl bed”!

Ordering was super simple. I pre-ordered the colour I wanted, and it arrived exactly when promised. The colour is perfect and matches the wallpaper in the room beautifully.

I chose this bed because of the foam sides all the way around, as I have a toddler who tends to throw himself around and occasionally bumps his head. The added protection gives me peace of mind, and the bed looks fantastic too. Very happy with my purchase!

Our little lifely bed has been a game changer in our house. Our son took to it instantly, no settling required despite moving countries and being in multiple sleeping environments in a short time.It’s so comfortable, safe and really is the feature of his bedroom. I can’t rave about it enough and highly recommend!

Really happy with with speedy delivery and quality of the bed itself.
Fantastic customer service. It was tricky to zip up the fabric around the plush frame and required two people for us. However it looks great once it’s done! My little man jumps everywhere in it and absolutely loves it.. maybe a little too much as he gets excited and takes ages to fall asleep from jumping around.

It is very easy to instore, I did it all by myself. My toddler loves it the first time he sees it. No more falling off the bed. We love the design. My two kids jumps on it all the time. They absolutely love it. Their delivery box is so well designed too as it has wheels in it. It was very easy for me to move it around by myself.

We bought the lively bed for our toddler who is about to transition to her big bed. The colour is neutral and beautiful. I was surprised by how solid the structure is without any wood. Highly recommend it.

Ordering was streamline, easy to navigate and the customer service was excellent! The bed and mattress are beautiful, very easy to set up and so so comfy. My toddler is in love with his new bed, perfect for bedtime snuggles and everyone is getting a great night's sleep!

Bed was ordered as a pre-order and arrived ahead of time. I ordered a double for a 2 year old who has been co-sleeping for the past 6 or so months. This bed is helping him learn to sleep independently again. It was super straightforward to put together, and exactly as described. We love it!
