Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration and disappointment this experience has caused.
We would like to provide some context regarding your order. Your purchase forms part of our very first shipment batch into the UK market. As part of launching in a new region, we have had to complete a number of compliance, customs, and regulatory requirements to ensure that all products meet UK standards and can be legally imported and delivered to customers.
Unfortunately, these processes have taken significantly longer than originally anticipated, resulting in delays beyond the timelines we initially communicated.
We completely understand that the lack of certainty around delivery dates has been frustrating. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we take responsibility for not setting clearer expectations throughout the process.
Based on the latest updates available to us, the current estimated arrival date for your order is 27 July. We appreciate that this is later than expected and understand if this timeline no longer works for you.
Please know that we are a legitimate business and remain committed to either delivering your order or assisting with alternative options should you wish to discuss them with our Customer Experience team.
We appreciate your patience as we navigate our first UK launch and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

As parents ourselves, we know how big a decision it is to transition a little one from a cot to their first "big kid" bed, and we feel incredibly honoured that Little Lifely became part of that journey.
Reading that your daughter has spent 6 nights in a row happily sleeping through the night in her own room absolutely made our day. Knowing she's waking up calm, confident, and excited about her new routine is exactly why we created the Little Lifely Bed in the first place.
We also really appreciate your honest feedback about the mattress. We intentionally designed it to provide the support growing toddlers need, but we completely understand that comfort preferences can vary from family to family.
Most of all, thank you for sharing the perspective of a parent who carefully researched and considered the investment before purchasing. We never take that trust for granted, and it means the world to hear that the bed has lived up to your expectations.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration and disappointment caused by the delays to your order.
To provide some transparency, the delay affecting UK deliveries is related to additional import and compliance requirements that need to be fully completed before the products can be released into the UK market. While this has unfortunately extended the timeline until July 2026, these additional steps are necessary to ensure all products meet the required import regulations and standards for delivery into the UK.
We understand this does not take away the inconvenience caused.
Please know that our team is continuing to work closely with our logistics and import partners to finalise the remaining requirements and deliver orders as soon as possible. We genuinely appreciate the patience and understanding shown by customers who have chosen to wait during this process.
We’re truly sorry again for the experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.

Hi Kaylee, we completely understand why this feels so disappointing, especially when you’re trying to help your son transition before your newborn arrives in June. That timing matters, and you shouldn’t have had to keep chasing for a clear update. We also hear you on the responses, feeling impersonal. That’s not the experience we want any parent to have with us.
