Amazing company and people! We had a wrong product sent to us. I wrote an email to the customer care, Fiona replied within minutes (no kidding)!
Got the right product shipped over the very next day with a hand written note.

Lovely bunting. Ordered on Friday am and delivered on Saturday am. Thoughtful little treat inside. A lovely touch.

Disappointed as got a walker as a gift and came in destroyed box. Just to clarify- delivery box wasn’t damaged- box inside of walker itself was - which means that it was packed faulty. To be fair - customer service came back quickly offering return and sending new item , but would not have it on time for first birthday.

Fast dispatch and delivery information provided all the way - multiple emails and photos to confirm delivery. On time too!
