I apologise for the issues with tracking information. Unfortunately sometimes we occur issues with a tracking number or logistics company but these things are outside our control unfortunately.
As for the lack of assembly instructions I am
truly sorry and this could have definitely been resolved by simply reaching out to the customer service representative who was handling your ticket. We strive to improve our communication and ensure all necessary information is provided promptly.
