I purchased a hoodie and some joggers all though the quality of the clothes was fine there certainly not true to size and also both the joggers and the hoodie were labeled Heather grey yet when they have arrived there 2 completely different colours delivery took far too long and I have a set of clothes that dont even match

A good product and design Comfortable and fits well. Delivery is slow needs to be improved.

I’m with others here on this lately ordered some tops for myself on 3rd then thought I’d order more for my wife and 4 year old a day later, neither have since arrived one doesn’t even say dispatched despite paying £10 in delivery fees. Not good enough, replied to my first e-mail then haven’t heard from them since. I’m just praying if they eventually do come that the quality is good after looking at other reviews on here

Tried to claim small print trumps statutory rights ref online orders, reported to trading standards and credit card charge back applied for. AVOID!!!

Placed an order with these after reading so many good reviews order was confirmed on the 2nd may and now still 10days later still no sign of the order with it still on order confirmed emailed multiple times with no responses at all will be taking this further!! AVOID AVOID

Excellent clothing and service

I must say I haven't brought for myself. I buy for my three sons. I always get good service and everything is great quality clothing , hard wearing and fantastic colours. Everything washes well and keeps it shape, what more could you ask for Ho yes all at Good prices to.

Order to delivery was slow. Item received was of poor quality and small fitting for its advertised sizings.
Return requested but no reply from them, so now it’s still sitting in the bag it arrived in.
Returns process is rubbish and now I’m out of pocket.

Cheap for a reason! The product is poor quality and despite several emails I am yet to get a response. I would never recommend these charlatans to anyone, avoid doing any business with them at all cost!

So far I have 2 shirts, 1 hoodie, and 1 jogger, 1 shorts. Shirts and joggers are spot on. Everything was lucky dip, so couldn't be more pleased by the prices.

I've been ordering from xplosive ape for a while. But my recent experience was very odd.

Even though the quality of their garments have improved but the sizes are all over the job. I ordered multiple items at the same size, but for them to vary in fitting.

I started a returns process, only to find out I would be paying for postage again to return the items. So I ended up gifting the items to my wife for PJs

Xplosiveape is probably one of my favourite brands at the moment and I do like their clothing and the designs. I also like the fact that most of the clothes are made of cotton which is great. The only issue I have found is to do with the quality of certain items. I’ve ordered the same items in the same sizes but in different colours, and I have found that the sizing is very inconsistent. This is more noticeable in the T-shirts. For example one sleeve could be tighter than the other.

Other than this I’ve had no issues and I’m sure the quality control on the items will continue to improve as they grow.

Can’t fault the products. But this is my second order and it was just reached the 7 day mark and still marked as “waiting for details” in the Shop App

Last time this happened and I questioned it I was met with “well would you like to cancel the order” rather than just updating on when it would be sent.

Products are let down by poor delivery times and a bad attitude at times when seeking updates direct

Great products that are true sizes too and very quick delivery.
All items are comfy, durable and colours keep good after multiple washes
