Their website says delivery takes 3–5 days, but my order took over 3 weeks to arrive. I placed a pre-order, and it took 2 months just to ship, literally at the very end of the promised period. Then they used the cheapest shipping option, which added even more time.
This is misleading and completely unacceptable. I will never order from Little Treasure again.

We take delivery concerns very seriously, but based on the details in your review, it appears this may have been left for the wrong business.
Little Treasures does not offer pre-orders. We only sell items that are currently in stock, and we do not sell customized products that require extended production or shipping timelines. A two-month pre-order period does not match our business model or fulfillment process.
We also could not locate an order under the name associated with this review, and we have not received any support inquiry regarding this issue.
For clarity, most of our orders ship within 24–48 hours, and once shipped, standard USPS delivery is typically 3–5 business days. We also offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including Standard, Priority, and Express.
