Update: I contact the company again and they refunded the expedited shipping but I still don’t know that my gift will arrive in time. I was contacted by an account manager the next day to apologize and offer to refund the full shipping.
First Review: I bought two cars for my son Nov 20. It’s Dec 11 and still it hasn’t shipped. I paid $50 for expedited shipping which says 7-12 business days which is crazy long to begin with but here we are 3 weeks later and it still hasn’t shippped. Their response is it takes 15-21 days. Well that’s not what I paid for!

First time buying a collectible diecast. Decided to get lambo aventador lbwk Autoart 1:18. The details are immaculate 1:1 like the real car. If you want the highest quality collectible cars LIVECARMODEL is legit! I visited their in person shop and Allen was very knowledgeable and nice! Will definitely buy the rest of my collection here!

The model is exactly as described, very detailed, and (I have checked museums photos online) accurate.

They were so upset that I asked for the $13.00 insurance charge back, that was automatically added to my cart when I checked out, that they canceled the whole $200 order. Buyer Beware.

Response to Reply - I emailed your company about the $13, and requested that you remove it, or cancel the whole order if you wouldn't refund the extra $13 I was charged. The next thing that happened was that my entire order was canceled without explanation. I would naturally come to the conclusion that I did.

I think communication is key here, or the lack thereof, in this case.

Great shop for die-cast cars! They’ve got a wide range of models, from classics to rare finds, all in really good condition. The staff are super friendly and know their stuff, always happy to help or chat about collecting. Prices are fair, and new items come in often, so it’s always fun to stop by and see what’s new.

Ordered early July as a gift for my Husband in September. It’s almost end of September and still no shipment update. I feel anxious already. I hope next time they mention the estimated delivery date. Im pretty sure I saw July when I ordered online so I thought it only takes 3-4 weeks.

The process of buying the car started out very slow. It was my first time buying from Live Car Model. It took 3 or 4 days before the car started to be shipped out.
I kept in contact with Rosa through email which she answered promptly. The car came overnight once shipped. The shipping was very fast and you pay for the fast shipping but that's ok because it was at my place in just over 24 hours once it shipped out....... after the first 4 day wait. The car was brand new as advertised and in the box. It was very expensive, but it was a rare car and it was a bit more expensive than I had seen it elsewhere, but this was brand new and in the box. The only thing I wish is that it was easier to call them by phone rather than email. I did manage to get ahold of them by phone once, but I had to ask in the email to make arrangements for the phone call. All in all though it was a great experience because I was happy that the car was exactly as advertised and it was a rare car.

This is definitely the best model shop I've seen in Los Angeles. Whether you're looking for 1:87, 64, 43, 24, 18, or 12, they have a wide selection of brands and inventory. This is also the best shop in my opinion, simply because I've never seen such a wide selection of good stuff in stock!

Awesome collection and reasonable price. Was able to pick up my order at their shop and they were very friendly. Allen has been very responsive helping me with my order via email. Definitely will be back for more!

It was a very pleasant shopping experience. The owner showed me all the models I wanted to see, and with his help I finally chose two amazing BBRs. I highly recommend this store to anyone who likes car models.

I ordered my model back in November of 2024 to make sure it would arrive by Christmas as a gift. Christmas came and went. I emailed the customer service, and was then told the "release date" is February of 2025, which was never mentioned upon order, and there were no status updates. So I emailed them in February, as I was told the new release. They then told me the new "release date" was March of 2025. The end of March came and went as well. It is now April of 2025 and I still dont have it.. they are claiming the "release date" is now suddenly the end of April or May of 2025.. I am beggining to wonder if this site is even legit. They make you pay upfront for the "service and item" yet don't give any other information. By law they were supposed to have given updates within 60 days had anything upon initial order changed, and they did not do this either. There are quite a few things now that don't add up here to me. I am giving them until the end of this month, their final release date they gave me before I take further action.
