Love their garments, but my experience of so called customer service is woeful. There is no phone number on the website to call so you're offered an email address or a form to complete.
I'd placed an order very early on a Wednesday morning and wanted to upgrade the delivery so I used the form and sent it, stating it was an urgent request. Two days later and NOTHING.
If you're going to restrict the forms of communication then at least have the courtesy to respond via the ones you offer.
Fortunately I ordered the same garment again with the delivery I needed but it meant paying twice and now have to go to the trouble of sending one item back.
It's certainly made me think twice about buying from them again.

Fab clothes, especially dresses. A little pricier than some brands but for the design, style, and quality I believe it is worth paying the extra amount. I contacted them recently about a dress that I ordered which had gone past the return-by date and they were so understanding and allowed me to return this for a refund. Good customer service is hard to find these days but Live Unlimited has got it just right.

The product range is great, styles that suit me (designed for 'real' women, not models), but above all, your service is human, not anonymous and 'script-led' - what a breath of fresh air

I found the customer service received whilst returning items for my boss to be exceptional. They responded so promptly to my queries and were 100% helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They did exactly as they said they would which is so refreshing. Thank you to Debbie who deserves a shout out and a Friday cream cake.

Well 5 stars again. Evri have lost a parcel which is pretty commonplace. Live unlimited have responded immediately to this. Great service!

First class service and customer care. A blouse which I ordered for a special holiday has been stuck in an Everi backlog for seven days. I fully appreciate the logistic problems which couriers have but sent an email explaining my problem and asked for help. I was so pleased to receive an email advising me that arrangements were made for a replacement to be despatched with a guarantee to reach me next day. Superb service. First time I’ve shopped with Liveunlimited but I’ll be a regular customer now!

Wow finally found a company that gives really excellent customer service as well as sells good quality clothing. Had great experience very helpful team member called Debbie that couldn’t do enough to make sure I was happy with my shopping experience. This was my first shop and definitely not my last.

I’ve just brought a top and trousers - they are great quality - look good, fit well and feel comfy! I had a problem with the delivery and I was really pleased with the speed of response and the solution found. The customer service team were friendly and professional.

I placed an order with Live Unlimited on 26/08/2022, then received an email informing me of the shipment of package to courier and eventual delivery on 31/082022.
I found the items to be unsuitable and sent them back via tracked Royal Mail on 01/09/2022.
The package was delivered to company on 03/09/2022 when I checked via tracking on Royal Mail website.
I contacted Live Unlimited on 12/09/2022 asking when I could expect a refund ........
No refund as yet................

If I could give more stars I would …. Fantastic clothes , great quality great service , but they went the extra mile when I ordered something in the sale , the very next day it was reduced even more.after sending an email they reduced my item to the new lowest sale price …. Excellent I couldn’t ask for any more , they will always be my first choice

Very good - I've never had an issue with buying or returning online orders with them and the clothes are great.

My parcel was damaged in transit with Evri. I emailed the damage notification to Ro&Zo and I received a really quick reply from Debbie to let me know that the parcel was being resent by express delivery. I received it the following morning. Really pleased that my issue was dealt with so efficiently and in a friendly manner.

I have purchased a few items and generally speaking they are quite nice. I ordered two tops in early June and one was poor quality and very creased. I returned on 6 June and it was received back on 8 June. I have had no refund and cannot find a number to ring to sort it out. I will not order from the company again unless returns are sorted out in a timely manner.

The service that I have received following a return item being lost has been fantastic. Debbie was prompt with her replies and got the problem resolved and money refunded in a super timely fashion. Great to be able to get an answer so quick compared with other companies.
The clothing is great value for money and such a great selection and regular new items. I love LIVE!!! Well done to you all.

Unfortunately my delivery went missing (due to the courier company) but Live Unlimited's customer service (Debbie) was absolutely incredible. As soon as I sent an email to inform them I hadn't received the goods, Debbie investigated it immediately with Evri and came back to me within the day to confirm the parcel had been lost in transit. She immediately sent out the items again and when there was one top not in stock anymore, she instigated a refund. Every step of the way, Debbie kept me informed and updated. Highly recommended company.

I have purchased Live Unlimited London clothing a few times now, and I absolutely love everything about the range. In fact it's my new favourite shop.

Firstly the fabrics used feel luxurious and every item that I have purchased has been finished beautifully. The sizing is accurate too. Everything that I ordered arrived very quickly and beautifully boxed and packaged (no plastic bags either); it fitted perfectly*, and looked good on. No returns yet from me.

*The trousers are a little on the long side for me, because I'm very short, and I emailed them to ask for a shorter leg, and they replied almost immediately saying that I'm not the first person to ask and that they will ask the design team. I've never received an answer that quickly before, so I was pleased about that aspect of their customer service, as well as the quick delivery.

I think the pricing is also pretty reasonable, because the fit is really good, and the fabrics that they use is absolutely sumptuous. I don't normally instruct my family to feel the fabric of my orders but the Live Unlimited London clothes all deserve to be felt.

I am absolutely delighted with each and every one of my purchases, and I will definitely be purchasing from Live Unlimited London again.

Appalling service - ordered a cardigan and paid for express delivery....it never turned up. Emailed them to complain and they said courier had attempted delivery which was clearly a lie as I was in every day that week and had had 5 other parcels delivered successfully. They then said they would contact the courier company to get them to re-attempt delivery that day. It never happened and then - I have only just realised - I got a refund the same day!!! So clearly it was a complete whitewash and the parcel was never sent in the first place. I would never trust this 'Fred-in-the-Shed' outfit ever again.....absolute shower of chancers and if I could have given no stars at all, that would STILL have been too many! Avoid them at all costs if you're looking for honesty, service, value and integrity.

Purchased a Bardot top it was £49 I can honestly say this is the worst top I have ever bought, you could pick up a much better quality top at a market shame on the price tag ,will not buy this brand again.
