I have not received my order which was just short of £500. I have emailed on numerous occasions and received nothing other than marketing emails in return and a request to leave a review!

I have been using there suitcase since 2020, hand to heart i never had a single issue since, im happy and loyal customer since many years, i bought there newly designed suitcases with different sizes its definitely one of the best and reliable suitcases, strong and sturdy, zips are smooth, they tick all the boxes for me, shop with confidence and i can't stress enough, highly recommend 10/10, i am always impressed by their customer service and after care SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE 100%

I purchased the largest suitcase which was aesthetically beautiful and I was very pleased. On its first use and collecting from a long haul flight the wheel was missing which made travelling hard work. It is poorly made and very heavy.
Please do your research before purchasing.

Absolute joke of a company ordered a specific suitcase with personalised name. Received the wrong case and name. Very disappointing experience and diabolical quality control. Currently waiting for this to be resolved. You pay 150 pound for a suitcase you expect to get the one you ordered.

Ordered my item and within less than 24 hours it had been made and shipped out to me, customer service team were amazing with responding to me with the query that I had! Will definitely be ordering again.

Ive used HB London multiple times over the years, the products are lovely, designed really well.
This year I’m treating a family member to a personalised phone case for Christmas..
Sadly, Royal Mail made a mistake with the delivery - I got in touch with the team and Sammie owned my complaint and corrected it without query or question.

I kept informed every step of the way too, which is refreshing!
Sammie is an real credit to the company.. One of the best Customer Service experiences I’ve had in a long time!

HB London say it will be 7-10 working days for the item to be despatched. I purchased on the 26th November yesterday was the 10th working day. I've emailed and they said it will be 7-10 working day's today is the 11th day and still no despatch. Their is noway to speak to an actual person and I don't know if I will be ever getting my item.

I asked if they would be able to make me 2 suitcases at short notice, which they were very accommodating, they arrived a few days later in plenty of time for my holiday, the suitcases are good quality and the design is lovely, my 9 year old daughter is obsessed with our matching ones, would highly recommend they are worth every penny.

Unfortunately the case appeared to be good , only used once and got damaged on the way out and on the way back , the case is now cracked and unable to use , the design needs to be changed , the plastic covering is over the design meaning no protection and easily damaged , I only purchased this 2 weeks ago

Had an issue with my phone case but spoke with Sammie in customer care and she was outstanding. My damaged phone case was replaced immediately and therefore I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their products or them as a company. Thank you so much HB London!

I have used HB for years and recently upgraded my phone to S25 ultra unfortunately there were no cases listed on the site for ny phone, to which I was so disappointed. I ended up having to order from Burga, when my case arrived I was extremely unhappy, but had no choice but to use it! After a few weeks I emailed HB LONDON and explained my disappointed in them not having s25 cases , to my surprise the lady emailed me back and asked me to choice my design I wanted and added the S25 ultra to that design. 2 weeks later my purchase arrived and Im back to loving my new phone again. I WILL BE ORDERING ANOTHER ONE AGAIN SOON.

I’ve received my phone cover and the quality is terrible. The print is grainy. My phone with the cover feels so heavy I can barely use my phone over 2 mins. Very disappointing. The amount you guys charge for this cover is ridiculous.
I had requested a refund a few weeks ago and have received no response. Zero for customer service and zero for the over priced product. I was debating whether to purchase from Burga or HB and went with this. Was a mistake.

I have had 4 suitcases off HB London now over the last few years.
And I'm always happy with them. These cases are well made very sturdy and look so stylish. I actually ordered the wrong case my fault. Contacting HB by email Sammie was fantastic to change my order after I had paid and placed order making sure my order was updated. Highly recommended HB london suitcases. Thank you

I was last minute with my packing and my old suitcase was no good to take away with me, I already had a medium HB suitcase and loved it! So I messaged the seller to see if they could have it with me for my holiday the following week and they DID! Less than 5 days later my large personalised suitcase turned up and I loved it!! Thank you so much for the great service and case!

I ordered a suitcase on Tuesday which was very simple. My beautiful suitcases arrived on Thursday. Beautifully packaged in very strong cardboard boxes. The suitcases blew me away. Better looking in real life but the quality of the cases is what really impressed me. The large suitcase is expandable, it had a combination lock too, which I wasn't aware of. And had all the division inside to keep the contents of your case safe and stop it all rattling around. Thank you so much HB London

This is my second case that I have ordered. Such good quality, gorgeous looking case, made well, could not fault it. Service quick and efficient, can not recommend this company enough. Always satisfied.
