Had a wonderful service and excellent collection in the aintree store. We were swiftly helped by James in the store.

James,the client consultant was very friendly and put me at ease.He explained about the different chair sizes and functions,then left me to try them out. There was no pressure to buy. Paul and Jon delivered the chair 3 weeks later.They were very professional,and friendly, and made sure I knew how to operate it,and showed me how to replace the batteries.The chair looks lovely in the room.

I am very happy with the chair.my concern is that the chair was brought into my bungalow uncovered. The men also had no gloves on so came into direct contact with the chair.. the men also put directly onto the floor in order to put the legs on. Which I t felt was wrong as there hands could be dirty and also the floor.

What an amazing team. Richard has been so patient and John the Manager has been amazing too. The customer service I received has been absolutely fantastic.

I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase furniture.

The chair was delivered on time which was great, BUT it was the wrong chair, wrong colour material and wrong pattern, so still awaiting out order. not very good service.

I was looking for a riser recliner chair. And was very pleasently surprised by the range offered, which enabled me to make my choce. It was very relaxing with a nice cup of coffee. Andy was extremely helpful with a good product knowledge and this was all done without feeling any sales pressure. Would certainly recommend HSL.

Our experience at Liv homes was probably the best customer service I have ever received. Anne Marie is an absolute star. Very knowledgeable. Helpful not pushy. A lovely person to deal with. After purchasing my sofa I changed my mind on the colour. It was no problem for Anne Marie to have it sorted although I thought I had left it to late.from I cannot recommend highly enough.

My experience, at The HSL store was better than I expected and Asma Makkan was extremely helpful, my mum liked the fireside chair but they weren’t the right style for her but we got what we actually wanted thanks to ASMA MAKKAN

I popped into LivHome a couple of weeks ago for a browse, not specifically planning to buy any furniture any time soon. I saw the perfect sofa and Richard was so helpful without any pressure that I returned a week later with my hubby. Again we were given the time and space to consider whether it was right for us and again, Richard was there to answer our questions without any pushy sales patter.

I’ve been back today and placed my order for sofas for both of our living rooms and I was delighted with the customer service from Richard and John who helped with some advice to perfect the configuration we wanted.

It was all such a positive experience, which is rare these days and I’m looking forward to receiving our delivery in 8-10 weeks time.

Thanks to Richard for the coffees, looking after my Mum and helping me make the perfect purchase.

Rachel was very helpful and patient, taking the time to help me pick the right product for me. I was not rushed but encouraged to take my time. She is an asset to the company and I am very pleased with my experience. I look forward to getting my new chair.

Debbie, the sales assistant who took my initial enquiry greeted Diane at the door. From then on her attention was focused onto Diane, who has suffered several strokes. Debbie made sure that Diane got the most comfortable chair that she could wish for. No pressure, just kindness

Very relaxed and able to look around without any pressure to purchase. Richard was very helpful and explained everything to us over a most welcome cup of coffee and a biscuit.

This is our second visit to the Brierley Hill branch and again we were welcomed into the store by Danielle who dealt with our new order very quickly and efficiently and she was extremely helpful. Again we came away very happy customers and can thoroughly recommend the staff and the store.
