Terrible.. Don’t waste your money here. There are other options than these scammers.
I ordered a Hübsch poetic vitrine cabinet: when it arrived, the glass was broken and one of the small doors hung crooked. No replies on my e-mails with photos of the broken product. Nothing, just 150 euro’s down the drain..

Zelden zo’n slechte ervaring gehad.

In oktober besteld en betaald, maanden later slechts een deel ontvangen. Het tweede product is nog steeds niet geleverd.

Wat vooral frustrerend is: totale onbereikbaarheid. Geen reactie op e-mails en telefonisch kom je niet verder dan een bandje dat de verbinding verbreekt. Ik heb het tientallen keren geprobeerd, zonder resultaat.

Als klant sta je volledig in de kou. Op basis van mijn ervaring en de vele vergelijkbare reviews lijkt dit geen incident.

Ik zou hier absoluut niet bestellen!

Einfach unseriös.

Lieferung erfolgte nach 3 Monaten, antworten nicht auf Mails und liefern dann noch die flasche Ware.

Absolute shambles. Do not buy from this company. I bought from the UK, they charged me local VAT on an export item and then I got VAT charged correctly when entering the UK. Now ghosting me. Charlatans. Do not buy from UK

This company is mafia. They have stolen my money almost 400€. I have ordered lamps almost three months and I haven’t received them since my order last November. I sent many emails to get news and they barely answer. Most of the times, they never reply to them and if they do, answers are really vague and unclear. They offered to refund me but since then, I don’t have any news, any money back to my account and of course, no answer to my emails. If you want to get ripped off, order here, you will be happy. If you want to receive products you pay for as a normal company should do by law, go to other decoration companies.

Opgepast, dit is pure oplichterij! Slaapzetel in augustus 2025 betaald, nog steeds niet geleverd. Communicatie 0.

Ordered a ceiling light for over 200 pounds on 2nd November. The company pretended they have posted the item and asked me to check my spam folder. When I complained - they cancelled my order but would not pay me back until I opened a case with PayPal. Finally got my money back on 30th December. Not recommended.

Placed an order on 1st of December and I have not received neither the package nor any communications yet. I have paid €17 of shipping fee for a non-existent delivery.

Bestellt auf eigene Gefahr – sehr wahrscheinlich Betrug. Das Geld wurde sofort abgebucht, aber die Ware nie geliefert. Anfangs kam noch eine kurze Antwort, nur um Zeit hinauszuzögern. Danach: keinerlei Reaktion mehr. Meine Bank hat mir bestätigt, dass man bis zu 8 Wochen das Geld zurückfordern kann – danach wird es schwierig. Also unbedingt vorsichtig sein und hier nichts bestellen!

Na 3 weken wachten op het bestelde artikel (wanddecoratie) was deze eindelijk binnen. Wij vonden hem beschadigd en er niet goed uitzien. Contact gezocht met Livingandcompany. Hier reageerde ze nog vrij vlot en boden een discount aan. Toen we besloten om het pakket toch terug te sturen met track and trace en ze hierover mailde kwam er geen gehoor meer. Na enkele mailtjes of zij het pakket hadden ontvangen kreeg ik terug dat ze het pakket niet hebben ontvangen en zij hier niks meer verder mee kunnen.

Ik heb een onderzoek gestart bij DHL en kreeg vandaag een mail dat Living Company toch het geld terug kan sorteren. Eind goed, al goed. Maar ik bestel hier nooit meer wat.

Ik ben voor €500 opgelicht door Living and Company. Ik heb een lamp geretourneerd, ik heb het bewijs van aflevering door Postnl en ze weigeren, zelfs na intensieve mailwisseling met de klantenservice om het bedrag terug te betalen. Echt een heel vervelende ervaring. Ik heb echt geen idee hoe ik mijn geld terug kan krijgen.

Habe im Januar ein Regal bestellt.
Ich wollte die Bestellung nun Anfang März stornieren, da ich im selben Shop ein passenders Produkt gefunden habe und gab die Begründung auch in der Email an.
Bestätigung über Eingang der Mail habe ich erhalten, jedoch keine Rückmeldung. Habe den Kundenservice nun 3x angeschrieben ohne Antwort zu erhalten.
Ware bis heute auch nicht eingetroffen, Geld wurde natürlich sofort abgebucht.

Extremely disappointing experience – terrible customer service!

I placed a large order with Living and Company and asked customer service to delay the shipment as I had not yet moved into my new apartment. Unfortunately, I never received a response to multiple emails. Since it was a significant amount of money and I wasn’t getting any replies, I decided to cancel my order – but even then, I received no acknowledgment or response.

Instead, I suddenly received a shipping confirmation, despite having already canceled my order. I tried to contact customer service again but either received no response at all or no helpful support. Canceling the shipment was impossible since the provided tracking number gave me no control over the shipping status.

The worst part: The shipping status didn’t change at all for two weeks – meaning the order hadn’t even been shipped! Despite this, the shop ignored my repeated cancellation requests and made no effort to resolve the issue. Their approach to customer service is unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

To me, this behavior is borderline fraudulent. I strongly advise against ordering from this store!

Took £600 from me for a chair and ignored my emails for 4 months. Thankfully my credit card company retrieved my money after 6 months of ignored emails. Avoid at all costs!

Schon vor Wochen etwas für teuer Geld bestellt und seitdem NICHTS gehört. Keine Mail mit Sendungsbestätigung, kein Update über meine Bestellung und wenn man den Kundenservice anruft geht nie jemand dran. Ich bin super enttäuscht und hätte gerne mein Geld zurück.

We ordered our two-piece sofa from Living and Company in September 2023 and only half of it arrived. The other half was "lost", but I have been waiting for a refund since that day and it has been a whole year - to no avail. I am always being put off and my emails have been completely ignored. Edit: They are deleting my reviews on other platforms It has now been a year since I made the order, and after being ghosted by Living and Company, I had to place an order with another supplier to complete my couch.
