By far the best Landlord I have had. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always responsive, friendly and professional. 100% recommend them.

Property was perfect! Very clean and tidy. The company were very helpful and fixed any problems straight away. I would recommend living smart to anyone!

I rented one of the rooms in a shared accommodation 6 months ago and have just moved into a new property with my partner. I have to say that at all times Living Smart were great communicators and problem solvers. My room was comfortable and fairly priced. Bills were included in the rent which made things very simple and affordable. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of accommodation.

I very much enjoyed my time at the property, I had some very nice house mates and had no issues during my stay. The staff at Living Smart are very professional and are always willing to help. The property I stayed In was very clean and tidy, we had cleaners, gardeners and regular maintenance visits to keep the property tip top condition. If I move back to Manchester In the future I’ll be looking to move back Into one of Living Smarts properties.

I would definitely recommend using Living Smart. Best landlord I've had.

Pros
- The house was newly refurbished with modern decor and fittings - large flat screen HD TV and high speed Virgin Media broadband included;
- Loads of cupboard space with two fridge/freezers;
- They were quick to respond to emails/texts relating to any maintenance issues etc.;
- Completely hassle free - all bills were included in the rent which has been an issue when renting previously.

Cons
- £1 coin required for the drier - scrap it completely or add an extra £5 to everyone's monthly rent to cover it! It's annoying having to scramble round to find change

Perfect for a working professional. No hassle at all, have a cleaner and even a text to remind is to put out the bins! House is modern and has everything you need. The house was immaculate for the two years I was there and if anything needed fixed it was fixed immediately. Thanks!

After using private landlords at university and having had a bad experience I was initially unsure about what renting again would be like. Living Smart are what landlords should be; extremely helpful, friendly and genuine people. Any issues were dealt with in a personable and efficient manner.
The house itself was finished to an extremely high standard, this reflects their high standard of service.
If I ever needed to rent again I would use these guys; 5* service all the way.

LivingSmart are by far the best landlords I have ever experienced, Tom and Ben managed to keep for over two years which is a testament to the professionalism and efficiency shown by them. If ever there were any issues (not like there was a lot) they would answer emails/calls even after hours, and be on it if it was urgent or arrange to get things moving ASAP. If I ever needed to rent again, I would look to move into one of their houses. Cannot recommend them enough!

The house I stayed in was furnished to a high standard, and the response to maintenance problems was very quick. I definitely recommend them to prospective tenants who are looking to stay in one of their properties.

In August 2014 I moved into a property which was run by the landlords Living Smart, namely Ben and Tom, eventually leaving in March 2016. You couldn't wish for better landlords. They kept regular communication with all the housemates including details of when any maintenance might need doing on the property. Any issues which were raised (and there weren't many!) were dealt with quickly and with no fuss. They do their very best to make a rental property feel like a home. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for rental accommodation.

After being a tenant with Living Smart for the past 9 months I can honestly say that Ben and Tom are the best landlords I have ever come across and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Unlike letting agencies they are very upfront, friendly and professional and do not impose ridiculous unecessary charges on their tenants like other companies I have dealt with in the past. The house I lived in was finished to a very high standard and this was maintained through out my tenancy. Ben and Tom offer a very honest and personal service which is very rare to come across and go out of their way to keep their tenants happy. Any issues are dealt with quickly and efficently and they are always easy to contact via email or phone should you need them for anything at all.
