We cannot recommend Westpark Mortgages highly enough. From start to finish, the service we received was absolutely first-rate.
Ben went completely above and beyond to help us throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We had a lot of questions, and he answered every single one swiftly and confidently, which gave us complete peace of mind during what can normally be a very stressful time.
What really stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile; he actively liaised with both our mortgage company and our conveyancer—even when doing so was well beyond the actual remit of his role.

Ben is the best! He's sorted out my mortgage a couple of times now and on this most recent occasion he saved us from losing the house. There was a nightmare situation with the Land Registry, the solicitors and the lender. If weren't for Ben's interventions, we'd never have completed. The consummate professional, his knowledge and connections saved the day. I cannot express in words how thankful we are to him. Worth his weight in gold!

Ben and Hayley are hands down the most professional yet approachable people we've ever dealt with - they made securing our first mortgage easy. Their communication was brilliant, patiently answering all our silly questions (because, the mortgage industry is pretty confusing). They held our hand every step of the way, whether it was face-to-face meetings, online catch-ups or emails. And they didn't just stop at us - they liaised with our accountant, solicitors and estate agents too. Ben was excellent, our mortgage had come to an end and due to postal problems and moving we needed a new mortgage on our buy to let.
He arranged it very quickly which meant we were only out of pocket for a month!

Ben was super helpful as always and made the whole process of remortgaging super simple, and very easy.

It is no surprise that Ben has such strong reviews, as we said to him when he arranged our initial mortgage, he literally changed our lives.

What was so refreshing from the start was that instead of doing what other brokers had done by telling us what we couldn’t do, Ben went away, worked tirelessly on our behalf and simply came back to us with a mortgage offer.

So quick and easy I had to question him as to whether they was really the process completed.
