Liviotek, Bella Azienda Cinese sulle Rinnovabili, il Problema è il Supporto gestito in Italia, qualche anno fa avendo un problema ho scritto alla Casa Madre in Cina, mi hanno risposto dandomi un contatto a cui rivolgermi, ed è stato Gentile e Professionale risolvendomi il problema, ora da un anno avrei di bisogno, ho contattato sempre la stessa persona che Purtroppo non fa parte dell'organizzazione dandomi dei recapiti, augurandomi Buona Fortuna conoscendo già la Pessima assistenza, contattati non hanno risolto il mio problema, scrivo di nuovo in Cina ma da un mese nessuna risposta, chi si accinge a fare un........ Impianto Nooooooo Liviotek neppure al 50% del costo effettivo, avresti Molti Problemi Post vendita!

Have a system installed in dec 2023 and 3 weeks ago system fail to work. Contacted company that installed system but out of bussines .then I contacted lovoltek main offices and still waiting for a technician to call over to look at the system
My opinion stay away from livoltek .

System was partially installed in December of 2024 and finally commisioned in Feb of 2025. Initally this seemed to be working well. We have 10Kw of Livoltek battery storage with a Hybrid Livoltek inverter. The battery seems to deplete rather quickly, it can be full at 7pm by the time solar stops producing on an average day, and empty by 5am with what I would not consider to be a 10Kw draw down ( I'm an electrician, I can do the maths... ) Two weeks ago the inverter failed. It has taken two weeks to get someone to come to the premises to tell me what I, and the manufacturer, knew from the software read outs. Its going to take another two weeks ( hopefully ) to get a unit to the installer for them to come replace it. Thats pretty poor. The tech support from the UK and from China was pretty good in answering the questions and suggesting a remedy. It falls down on not having the installer holding spare units they can replace quickly. I have little faith in the system now and am considering replacing the units with another system from another manufacturer. This has been a costly lesson.

Update 28th June 2026: SIX MONTHS we are still awaiting parts and a fix for this equipment that has failed twice!

We had an invertor and battery system installed in Oct 2022. It broke (the battery stopped working) in April 2023. It then took until Oct 2023 to be operational again. It broke again (same issue) January 2026. We are now stuck between Livoltek, who badged the system and we have a warranty cert for, and Soltaro, who supplied the unit to our installer and provided the original replacement system board.
System currently not storing energy (6 weeks so far) so cannot recommend as 2nd failure.

Livoltek are a great company, their products have always worked perfectly, look the best on the market and Daniel the technical support manager is always super helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

We had the Livoltek installed last year and since then it's been an excellent solar PV system. We got a 5kw battery included in the install and I highly recommend to include one in your install, if you can but We hope to increase the battery capacity by getting a second one later in the year. The Service by the installer, Pinergy IRL, were efficient and very professional too. A credit to Livoltek sourcing excellent installers. Neat and very accommodating. Livoltek have also been very supportive and responding to any query that we had about the system. I cannot recommend the Livoltek system enough. Like I said, not only is the system excellent, but the after sales support from Livoltek has been nothing short of brilliant, which is what customers want, thank you!!

Our entire experience with Livoltek from their incredibly intuitive App, the fantastic UK based Technical Support to the extensive range of high quality batteries and inverters, has been excellent since day one.

We installed Livoltek 5kW Hybrid inverters and 10kW battery system in Ireland. It is easy to install and they work well, we have had no complain from any customer that have these installed. They work well with optimizers as well and you can put up to 20kW of Battery on the 5kW inverter. We are now testing their Chargers and we will be using their Grid tied inverters in our large solar system. All in all they are very good system and I highly recommend it.

Livoltek provide an excellent technical support function for both installers and end-users. Daniel Fisher from the Livoltek technical team has always been able to answer any questions posed.

Definitely recommend this product.

Livoltek is my go to when installing it ticks all the right boxes as a product, price, efficency and style but most important is the tech support. I've been installing them for almost two years now and the support at the end of the phone is second to none. If they don't answer straight away I'll get a call back within the hour from Dan and his patience with not only myself, but explaing to the end user is faultless. Ultimately making my life as an installer easier.
Well done Livoltek, keep it up.
