This is now the third mortgage Lisa has sorted for me, and at this point I’m starting to think she knows more about my finances than I do.

Lisa’s superpower is that she has absolutely zero time for faff. No sales pitch, no confusing mortgage jargon, no disappearing for a week and then asking for the same document you’ve already sent three times. She just tells you what she needs, gets it done, and somehow makes the whole thing look ridiculously easy.

When I inevitably start overthinking something, she’s already five steps ahead, quietly fixing it while I’m wondering if I’ve uploaded the right PDF.

She’s honest, straight-talking, knows her stuff inside out, and is the human equivalent of clicking “Skip the nonsense.”

After three mortgages, I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. If Lisa ever decides to retire, I may have to stop remortgaging!
