I cannot fault the company or the product swift delivery no delays.
The diagnostic tool and the instruction book are distant relatives I can Bly assume same book but a few updates on the machine made changes not in book
Great tool very handy will be buying again if need arises

Quick delivery, product is better than i expected,(already used it to monitor two "dead" batteries that i am slowly bringing back to health). Would hope to use this seller again.

Good service great bit of kit

Tool was shipped out same day, amazing. OBD reader is good and picks up LR range well. I did want more features to change sat nav etc which it does not do. But clears all normal 'random' codes well.

Yeah, seem pretty good to me. There was a problem with my delivery but great communication soon sorted it out. Many thanks.

The unit did not work as expected. On contact I was told it need to be updated. As I didn't have access to a computer I couldn't do an update . As it was supposed to be brand specific, JLR I would have thought it have at least shown a screen . So not impressed. It would be good if the supplier updated if this is the case before dispatch to the customer.

Purchased an iCarsoft CR MAX diagnostic tool, delivered next day, very impressed with the tool, used to clear fault codes on my 2020 Kia Sportage, used on my sons 2009 Ford Kuga to clear fault codes and force a dpf regeneration, worked perfectly, gave detailed step by step instructions for dpf regeneration and detailed fault code analysis and descriptions. None of the codes had been found when using my old basic diagnostic tool.
Will be using again shortly to reset my electronic parking brake on the Kia when changing rear brake pads. Not a cheap purchase but will pay for itself in a few uses by avoiding expensive main dealer charges.

Superb item does what advertised and more..great value for money ..and has already paid for itself by not having to pay a garage for the same job. 1st class! Great addition to my garage tool kit!
