Sent a unit that didn't work

Sent a unit that didn't work, Had to delete files then re-install them. That didn't fix the problem after several weeks of e-mail Tennis they just stopped communicating with me.
So now im £300 odd quid out of pocket with something that isn't working, with the prospect of trying to send it back and buying the thing i need from a more reputable supplier.

Icarsoft lr3 diagnostic tool delivered ahead of schedule. Tool diagnostics are very comprehensive and easy to use and detected specific issues that other higher cost diagnostic tools overlooked.
