I brought a iCarsoft CR MAX from ljmcardiagnostics.co.uk after less than 2 months and just the use on 2 cars the device is showing signs of poor quality and damage. The device is not easy to use and features that are supposed to be relevant and usable across many vehicles sadly are unavailable on the 2 cars I have tested. After contacting this company for 2 different reasons I have found them totally useless and even emailing utter nonsense in a response.
