Great product and a quick delivery, what more could you ask for.

Ordered an OBD2 reader, waited 2 days, asked when my order would be dispatched, was then told that my item wasn't in stock at all.

Good customer service from the CS rep I spoke to, but shouldn't have been possible to place an order for an item they didn't have, and didn't know when it would be back in stock.

I did receive an immediate full refund, hence the three stars.

Updated review for LJM Car Diagnostics after purchasing the iCarsoft V3 unit. The speedy delivery and easy online ordering process made the purchase a breeze. Despite encountering a few issues initially, their responsive email support efficiently resolved all concerns. This marks my second purchase from LJM, having previously bought the iCarsoft V2 unit. At first I was disappointed but after an upgrade to the unit everything works. It can calibrate L322 suspension and do a lot more than I expected.
I am now very pleased and would recommend it for L322's

Asked a question and got an answer …. The unit suggested is a perfect match . The unit itself works very well and I strongly suggest ,if you do a bit of diy car maintenance that you buy one .
The unit is relatively simple to use ,as anything the more you use it the easier it gets.
The unit is not all singing and dancing but I did not want that as it could have bogged me down with tech talk. If you have that bigger a problem it should be in a garage.

Before purchase went on chat online as no telephone number for customers! It was confirmed that the tool would DPF regen and read soot mass. It did neither. The instructions given on screen were contradictory first asking to drive at >25mph then stating park and put handbrake on. These instructions just went round and round. Total waste of time and money but have received tefund
