De fiets kwam snel binnen, helemaal gemonteerd dus ik kon er meteen mee op pad. Goede en persoonlijke service

Telefonisch contact gehad en heel fijn geholpen dus de fiets besteld. Inmiddels is hij binnen en we hebben er veel plezier van!

Good and fast replys. Extraordinary customer care. When it comes to the bike, so far, far better than expected and after two babboes! a large improvement when it comes to smooth riding. We are more than happy

Our bike was delivered two weeks ago, but it arrived without the display and canopy, making it unusable. Customer service has been extremely difficult to reach. The telephone on the website doesn't work. We have yet to receive the missing parts or a meaningful response. In one of their replies, they even cited “good weather” as a reason for not processing our complaint, which is both surprising and frustrating. Overall, the experience has been very disappointing given the cost and expectations.

This is the absolute best bike ever! I can transport anything and everything in it. The bike is a bit heavy and is much bigger than an ordinary bike (which is kind of the point) but it is surprisingly easy to ride and to turn. I was a bit worried about the turning part, but it goes astoundingly easily.
The bike comes with a motor which is really nice. However until now I have not needed it (even on small hills) because it drives so smoothly. This is probably the biggest surprise. Especially because I am definitely not athletic in any way…
The bike does attract teenagers almost magnetically so parents beware and hide your keys!!
In conclusion it is a practical, easy to ride and really beautiful bicycle that I can wholly recommend
