Fairly easy application process
Fairly easy application process. I only wish there were clearer instructions as to how to pay your credit card off each month manually as I don't want to set up direct debit.

The CCDM is very helpful with coding…
The CCDM is very helpful with coding and downloading the credit card information, without that you can't download an excel which makes it time consuming so I would advise having the CCDM. Set up was easy and Liam and Lorayne from Lloyds have been wonderful, fitting us in quickly and being so pro active, thank you.
