We recently worked with Paul Ray at Lloyds Commercial Cards to set up a new purchasing card, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Paul was knowledgeable, responsive, and made what could have been a complex process feel straightforward. He took the time to understand our requirements, clearly explained the options available, and ensured everything was set up efficiently and without delays.
Communication throughout was prompt and professional, and any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly. The purchasing card solution is now in place and working exactly as we needed.
A very smooth experience overall — highly recommend Paul and the Lloyds Commercial Cards team.

High level of service.
Kye has been extremely helpful over the years and consistently provides a high level of service. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and always follows through promptly, even on short notice. Most recently, he ensured changes were implemented immediately and kept everything clear and straightforward throughout the process. It’s reassuring to work with someone so reliable and professional. Great Service from Lloyds
We've been with Lloyds bank for a number of years who reached out to see if we could use a commercial card for cash flow purposes, Cem Uysal was very helpful in explaining the associated benefits and arranging for the account to be set up. The setup was seamless and we are now benefiting from extended credit and rebates for our spend, it's a service I would recommend.
