Excellent service from Assam,
We had a review teams meeting arranged, Assam was prompt to the meeting, friendly & informative.
Asked us how our business is going and if we had any concerns he could help us with.
Suggested options to streamline our payment journey which is what i have been looking for and arranged follow up meetings after had time to discuss.
Prior to this meeting Assam helped us massively with a major change within our business and although i did not give him much time to do help with this change he managed to get it done for us quickly and efficiently without any problems, just took one phone call and done!
Assam is a key part of our operation between our business and Lloyds and he has been nothing but helpful throughout!

The support we received from Mr Crouch a Client Development Consultant in helping to set up our charity with MPOS card readers was second to none. Having been somewhat thrown in at the deep end with the task of setting up the cardnet system for our company, it was made so much easier by the helpfulness received from the team from the moment I reached out to them. Within a couple of days I had already set up teams calls and training of how and what to do. With further follow up calls, to ensure everything was going in the right direction. The response times were very good when I asked any question or was looking for reassurance. All in all the overall experience has been very good and would certainly recommend.
