Ease of getting quote and competitive price
Went online to get a quote for house insurance as previous provider had put policy up by 62% despite no claims.
Doing the quote request was very straightforward and easy to do which was a really helpful feature.
The quote I received was less than my policy of the previous year so I was very pleased indeed. Received all my printed documents within the week which are clear and informative.
Being of senior years, ease of insurance renewal and getting a competitive price without a load of stress is important to me .

I found my Mum dead at her property on…
I found my Mum dead at her property on 8th July and her building insurance for her home is with Lloyds Phoned them 11th July 2026, to report this. I have a stack of duplicated DD letters all showing incorrect amounts, that was quoted, not in THE ESTATE OF ....... I have phoned them numerous times at least 5 now. Still incorrect DD set up. I am totally worn out trying to resolve this issue, exceedingly very poor customer service. For some reason every time I contact and try to resolve, I am now getting 3 copies of the same letter. I raised a complaint few weeks ago and Lloyds have not resolved or contacted me to sort out. All I get is text saying still looking into your complaint will take 8 weeks! What help is that to a customer who has died and the executor trying to sort their estate out. So looks like I will have to call them a 7th time. Lloyds you need to sort out training for people trying to deal with a DECEASED persons account. Very very very exhausted customer who does not need to be making numerous phone calls at this very sad time.
