Trying to get a simple policy…
Trying to get a simple policy certificate. Spent hours on calls. Lots of promises to get this done. 2 weeks and couting - and still no certificate. Utterly useless.

No extra to pay monthly
I chose Lloyds as I like to pay monthly, and they don’t charge extra to do that. The cover is as good as other companies. Happy with choice.

Firstly, is was more than half the price of my Aviva renewal proposal and secondly it was very easy to get exactly the cover i required.
