Very very helpfull and customer driven. They very much aim to please and the ring we received was more than we expected. A great company and, when next looking, wouldn't hessitate to revisit.

Purchased emerald earrings through Lloyds Family Jewellery. Earrings were delivered swiftly and I was provided with regular updates from Matthew throughout. The earrings are excellent, and I highly recommend Lloyds.

Having never ordered a ring online before I wasn't sure how it would go. Lloyds sales were very quick and efficient in sorting any issues and despatching the item I purchased. The actual ring itself is of great quality and craftsmanship and looks exactly as it did in the picture. My wife is very happy with it!

I had been looking for an eternity ring for my wife, for our 20 year anniversary and vowel renewal ceremony. I found the exact ring to match her other one at Lloyds.

I ordered the ring and was very quickly contacted and asked how quickly we needed it, as it needed to be made and not in stock. We were offered a similar ring to be sent to us to see, but we declined the kind offer and figured that we would just wait as it was the perfect one.

However, they got it to us before the ceremony and my wife is over the moon with it. This is brilliant service and we would recommend Lloyd’s without hesitation.

The best customer service I have ever received from start to finish. I contacted Lloyds Jewellers out of hours via the help button to enquire about a certain ring and size not expecting a reply until the following day. Matthew contacted me within minutes via email and a text. I ordered the ring and Matthew provided updates throughout the process. Ordering to delivery took a matter days. From the time of order, we received an email confirmation, followed up by a 'personalised' email from Matthew Lloyd, introducing himself as our contact. We then had updates of delivery / despatch etc.
