Lloyds Family Jewellery are an amazing company. Matthew provided hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and provided me with comparison images and advice and the communication was exemplary.

Sent in order for wife’s 60th birthday ring with days to go! Lawrence was on top of my request and delivered a beautiful piece and service beyond expectations. Highly recommended!

I ordered a necklace which was not in stock and advised by Lloyds that it was made to order taking 3-4 weeks. I was ordering this on behalf of an elderly aunt and was hesitant but knew this piece of jewellery was exactly what she wanted so I advised Lloyds to proceed. I need have no worries it was even more beautiful than it appeared on site. Delivery advice was excellent and any queries I had were answered same day. Should I wish to purchase some jewellery for myself they will have the advantage due to this experience.

I bought sapphire earrings for my wife on our 45th wedding anniversary. When they arrived they were beautifully presented and well packaged. She is delighted with them.

We wanted to buy our wedding rings from a family jeweller, and, even though we bought our rings online, it felt like we did. Lloyds post really useful videos about each ring cut, weight and width, which helped us pick the ring that suited us best the first time. We had issues receiving confirmation emails, but very shortly after sending them a question on their website form, I got a text from Matthew explaining our situation and how long we could expect to wait for our rings to arrive. They arrived today, sent special delivery as a kind gesture due to a lag in dispatch, and they look great. The whole process was really solid - couldn't recommend them more.

Helped me to find the perfect ring to match my engagement ring. Fantastic response time and so helpful to be able to watch videos to see the rings up close so I could compare different styles. A fantastic experience to buy from a family business .. and a great price too!

Looking for a necklace as a birthday gift, (no time to visit shops) search online, produced numerous results, however this company stood out from the rest.
Found the perfect necklace at a really great price, placing order was trouble free and with options on delivery, in all everything went smooth.
I did however have an enquiry regarding delivery timescales, sent an email which was answered almost immediately and my enquiry was resolved with no fuss. The necklace arrived next day well packaged and presented in a very nice gift box along with authenticity and valuation certificate.

Excellent company with great communication and fast delivery.
Six weeks ago looked everywhere for a very specific ring my wife wanted: white gold, emerald and diamond.
Lloyds had the exact ring and specs.
They didn’t have the size I ordered but emailed me straight away to advise of a refund or order one which would take up to six weeks. I chose to wait.
I emailed for an update a couple of times and received a response almost immediately.
After the six weeks, the ring arrived as promised.
Excellent quality and absolutely exactly as was shown on the website.

Communication and customer service has been excellent every step of the way, from choosing a ring style to receiving my order. I initially ordered a wedding ring in the wrong size and Matthew was very helpful with processing my return and promptly arranged for the ring to be made in a custom size.

I would highly recommend Lloyd’s family jewellery. I brought a ring last summer, one that I could pass down to my daughter when she’s older. The service when I ordered it was amazing.

Unfortunately the start of this year I lost a diamond, I reached out to them and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I sent off the ring, the contacted me to confirm it was received and when they was returning it. They had fixed and cleaned the ring and returned in a new ring box.

I had ordered a ring and because it wasn't a common size it was specially made for me. From the first contact with this firm right through to its delivery I was kept well informed of its progress. My wife was absolutely delighted with it and I can only thank Lloyds for the excellent service.

I bought 2 rings from Lloyds Family Jewellery. The customer service and help provided every step of the way was second to none. I received updates on when to expect my order and even got my delivery upgraded at no extra charge without asking. I really felt taken care of which was great given I was buying jewellery online. I received the rings today and they were exactly what I expected and came with all the relevant paperwork packaged very nicely.

Beautiful replacement wedding ring received today at 12:55pm. Had to wait longer than expected as they were waiting for new stock but a lovely made simple ring. I did think “heavy” would be a bit thicker but would recommend. Packaging was amazing! 🤩

Excellent customer service. I ordered a ring which they promptly emailed me to say the size was out of stock and gave me options of having it made to my size or to go for an alternative size, in which I went for the latter. The ring arrived and I'm really happy with it. It's very beautiful. I will def shop again with this jeweller.
