Absolutely fantastic customer service. I was so dubious about ordering our wedding rings offline but I read previous reviews and decided to give Lloyds Family Jewellery a try. The rings arrived but unfortunately my Husband's was too small. They went above and beyond to ensure I could return the ring in time for the replacement to arrive before our wedding. The ring arrived in time and they were both just as described on the website. Fantastic company.

Superb customer service, nothing was too much trouble and my necklace arrived in lovely and well protected packaging complete with an authenticity certificate. I have been searching for over 5 years for this exact pendant and couldn’t have been more excited to see it on the Lloyds family website…from my very first enquiry to the last email communication was very responsive, Matthew could not have been more helpful and diligent with my requests. To top it off my necklace itself is truly beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend. It was truly refreshing to deal with a such a genuine company who quite obviously set great store in providing exceptional customer service, it is evident that this company goes the extra mile to provide a service that customers will be very happy with. Right from the start Lloyd’s Family Jewellers were so helpful. I somehow managed to order, rather significantly, the wrong ring size. I emailed as soon as I realised and Matthew was really quick to change my order while explaining that delivery would take several weeks longer as the size I needed was not their standard stock. There was no quibbles; it was just sorted.
When my ring arrived it was just perfect and with it came everything you would need to give as a gift as well as a certificate of authenticity and valuation for the insurers.
All in all this was a lovely seamless purchase and the customer service from Matthew was great. Highly recommended

Matthew at Lloyds Family Jewellery has been fabulous! I've been on the hunt for a petite diamond wedding band to match the width of my engagement ring; others I've found have either been ridiculously over-priced, lacking in sparkle, or too wide. Matthew assisted me to find just what I was looking for and persevered with my many questions; he even went the extra mile and upgraded delivery to avoid any delay and to ensure it arrived in time for my wedding in a few weeks. I had been looking for a wishbone style wedding ring purely because it will fit together better with my engagement ring. I had looked in several jewelers and never found the one. After doing a Google search my perfect ring came up on Lloyd's, I knew as soon as I saw it this was going to be the one, the price was very good and ordering on the website was very easy. The ring arrived within a couple of days (sooner than expected) and it didn't disappoint. It was very well packaged, and beautifully presented. I cannot fault the ring or the service.

Months of researching for the perfect eternity ring I realised the ring I wanted was one close to a ring Lloyds Family Jewellery sold, however I contacted them to see if it was possible to make a change. I initially reached out to Lloyds to make a stock enquiry. Matthew replied within 15 minutes, even though it was late evening, answering my questions and recommending a perfect alternative product as the original was out of stock.
After ordering I received regular updates re delivery with the item arriving soon after via special delivery.

The product arrived very quickly by Royal Mail Special Delivery (free of charge).It was very well packaged and the earrings ( as yet unseen) were nicely gift wrapped.
The package also contained the promised Certificate of Authenticity and care instructions etc. A good experience.
