I couldn't find the ring i wanted so contacted Lloyds family jewellery and told them what i wanted and they had it specially made. When it arrived quicker than the 6 weeks lead time i was given, it was perfect. I would defiantly use them again.

Glad I treated myself to an early birthday present. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. The ring is gorgeous, beautifully wrapped in a box and comes with a gift bag. The description is on point and exactly as described. Comes with an authentication certificate. Customer service is great. Thank you Matthew for keeping me updated on my order and sending it out special delivery. I ordered on a Friday and received in a Wednesday. Fantastic. Would highly recommend and will be buying again.

Great company to shop with. My ring arrived promptly and is fantastic quality. Communication was great , despite an issue with my emails. Matthew took the time to keep me updated via text. The original ring I ordered was unavailable but this was very kindly dealt with by suggesting a replacement instead which is perfect . I highly recommend this company. Thank you !

The jewelry was very nice and the presentation was excellent, although i did not spend a lot i was made to feel very special. They were very efficient. No problems what so ever. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I spent days looking online for the right earrings for my wife for our 40th wedding anniversary. The search stopped immediately when I found the Lloyds Family Jewelry website. From the selection of the earrings to their receipt in a beautiful box, could not have been a better customer experience. You would have to go far and very wide to find a more attentive company.

When the product arrived I was delighted with the quality.

Extremely easy to find and order via the web site earrings for my wife for our 55th Wedding Anniversary. Communications speedy and informative and with upgraded delivery option provided at Lloyds instigation, the earrings were delivered in 4 working days and plenty of time for our celebrations.

The actually items were exactly as described and a really beautiful product which I'm sure my wife will love. All documentation and insurance valuation enclosed.

Ordered 2mm 9ct gold traditional court shape wedding ring on 25/10/23 received on 27/10/23. Beautiful ring, well packaged, jewellery care guide. Received order confirmation and updates on delivery dispatch. Ring was to replace my original wedding ring which had to be cut off and wanted a ring to keep my engagement ring in place, comfortable on my finger. Very pleased with ring and customer service I would not hesitate to order other pieces of Jewellery from

Matthew guided me through the process with great care. I was ordering a replacement wedding ring having lost the previous and throughout, his advice and communication couldn’t have been better. Matthew sent a ring sizer in the mail so I could check the exact fitting and the ring was exactly as hoped upon arrival, packaged perfectly and including an insurance certificate and care instructions. My previous ring was handmade by a friend in Hatton Garden and honestly, the Lloyds replacement is as good in terms of craftsmanship. All in a great experience and would thoroughly recommend
