It was a really simple and quick process, I was given great costumer service and new nice car.

Never again

Over the years we have purchased 8 cars through lloyds motor group (formally Ripon Land Rover) without any bother at all.

However the 9th car was the never again car. The failures were as follows:

Zero customer service - not even a hello in an email.
Ripoff Apr 12.9% when you can get 8.8% elsewhere.
If you do go to elsewhere for finance they will charge you £350’admin fee !! - for basically producing an invoice.
They give you a dealership contribution and then at the last minute take it off you.
They will tell you that you can switch over the space saver tyre 🛞 but later on deny you from doing so.
The sales manager will tell you he will do everything to put the poor experience right - but will then do nothing.

Bring back the family run Ripon Land Rover where customers came first.

Stay well away unless you want your eyes taking out.
