I transferred to Schroders (now Lloyds Wealth) in 2025. My previous pension advisors conducted all our meetings online and there wasn’t a single point of contact, hence the reason I transferred.

Denise came to my house and we spent a good hour together. By the end of the meeting, Denise understood that I’m not great with figures and am depending/relying on her to help me make decisions on my finances in order to make the most of my investments.

I had a great experience with the overall service provided by Lloyds Wealth during my annual review meeting. I initially had difficulty finding a personal wealth adviser for some urgent advice as my adviser was off work, but the support team was very helpful and quickly arranged for me to speak with someone within a few days. I was then contacted by Shane.

Shane was very easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable throughout. He thoroughly answered my questions, and where he wasn’t sure of the answer, he promised to come back to me and did so promptly.

Following that, we arranged my annual review where he clearly explained the Lloyds fee structure and used interactive cashflow graphs to help me understand my future financial position, making it easier to decide on the best approach. He made recommendations while ensuring it was always my decision.

I left feeling confident that I had made the right investment decisions. I would highly recommend Lloyds Wealth, particularly due to the excellent service I received from both the support team and Shane.

I have been investing with Lloyds for around 8 years now as did my father during his latter years. I feel I can trust them to help me protect and grow my
