Just the process is very long.. but at the end it work👍🏼 thank you

When it comes to their loan partners, Loanbud is anything but transparent. Loanbud will give you a list of what you need, but, everytime you turn around you will get, "We just need 1 more thing" loanbud is not familiar with the requirements of their banking partners. Their bank will make you provide anything everything, except a DNA sample, to prove your business is legit. No matter how many tax returns and bank statements you provide, you will have to send in 1 more thing.
If you do not have a SIMPLE straightforward business set up. Don't bother. Their banks do not understand a consolidated statement. If you send them 2 individual amounts and they call you and say we need a total. They want you to add them together. They will not/incapable of doing any basic math themselves. NOBODY above the 1st level of contact is capable of an independent thought.
If you need money in a short period of time, go somewhere else.
When it comes to after closing on the loan, it gets typical. I had 2 SIMPLE questions. On multiple times I wa referred to someone else who referred me to someone else. I was told to look in the loan agreement. It is 108 pages long. Never could get an answer. I have no idea which bank/lender I have my loan with. No clue what my account number is or where to send the payments to.

The whole experience was outstanding. The team with loanBud was very prompt in keeping me in the loop . It was very responsive to questions i would have Every one was very helpful and very professional . One lady i got to speak with alot and always had the time was shonas . A big plus and asset to the team. Much respect and thanks to the whole team.

They were responsive, but it seemed like we were always reacting. I was kind of sold on a team that was going to help me anticipate what documents to generate and that was not the case at all.
