I had the pleasure to work with Elizabeth Nguyen. From beginning to end, taking my first call and guiding me to the whole entire process and helping me out along the way. The type of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer satisfaction has to be acknowledged. What stood out to me was - Her willingness to help me and not give up even after my loan got denied 2x and keeping her word on what she said she was going to do. To me that's legendary customer service. Going above and beyond for your customer. After she did her magic, my loan got approved!!! Caleb was great, calm , cool, & collective. He just told me what he needed, I delivered, but was shy of 2 things. He apologized but said it was protocol, which was frustrating, not at him or loan me but at myself. I finally came through and BAM, he delivered. Then we got signed, (very easy) I get my funds tomorrow.
My 3rd loan from loan me, no games, no pressure, just great guy Caleb is. & I like dealing with lender her in So.Cal

My experience was great from the first call to the last. Only thing of issue was my leasing office taking a bit of time but nothing on the reps end. She did great was friendly understood my situation and got it approved even when I was sure it wouldn’t.

Excellent customer service and timely responses

Wasn't able to get debit card registered, and I sincerely believe that I followed all of their instructions correctly. Everything else went fine.

Mimi was very helpful in explaining the process and repayment of the loan. She stayed on top of things and allowed me some time to consider the loan. Not pressuring me at all. She was a tremendous help and once I was ready to move forward she processed everything in the same day to ensure I received the funds the same day instead of having to wait.
