Easy, fast and the representative worked with me throughout the process electronically and was exceptionally patient given it's difficult for me to be on the phone as I work during business hours. The only issue I have is my payment date was incorrect by one day and I'm unable to get through on the phone to fix that and have yet to find a way to handle it online. Otherwise, I'd rate it 5 stars.

Recently I worked with a gentleman who represents LoanMe, Mr. Sebastian Lopez. I requested a loan to consolidate my credit cards into one low interest payment per month. Mr. Lopez listened to my request, then helped me to navigate the paperwork, background checks and signing the documents to facilitate LoanMes decision to grant my request. Mr. Lopez was professional, knowledgeable, polite, has an engaging personality, great sense of humor and patience. He is also very honest; has personal integrity which he demonstrated countless times during the transaction. He did everything he said he would. If he made an appointment to call at a particular time, he called. If he said documents would be sent on a particular day, they were. If I had questions regarding the terms of the agreement, he patiently read through the contracts, explained every facet of the transaction and was open to multiple routes for repayment; sensitive to my time schedule regarding pay periods and any extraneous details I was considering. I truly enjoyed working with him. When I was approved for the consolidation loan, he explained when the funds would be transferred, reiterated the repayment procedure and reassured me that I could pay the loan off as quickly as possible with no penalty for early repayment. I would highly recommend Mr. Lopez to both friends and family in the future as a person they can trust regarding any financial services from bill consolidation to home improvement loans or projects. I got my loan in September 2019 for $3,000. Yes they take a registration fee out for $75. But hey I needed the loan BADLY. YES the APR IS HIGH. Just make sure as a person that paid over $3,000 overtime for this loan. Please pay extra and don’t pay on the exact day. Try to pay before therefore more will go towards PRINCIPLE. I honestly have to say within the last 2 years there weren’t any issues. I always paid on TIME AND ADDITIONAL. Made my LAST PAYMENT TODAY WHICH MARKS 2 years. Done with installment loans. Lol

First off their interest calculating and charges brings to mind what we once called "loan sharks". I can find no laws that support that much interest to be paid on such a loan. After going through all the requests for information and several phone calls I was finally approved for a loan which was dispersed the same day as they stated. However the amortization schedule is not shown to you until after the loan is fully processed and you see how the bi weekly payments are put almost entirely to interest and nothing to principal for nearly a year. That was two days ago. Since then I have been hit with a barrage of phone calls and every time it is stated that it is an attempt to collect a debt. If I hadn't needed the money as bad as I did I would have sent it back today to void the loan. I will pay extra in the coming weeks to pay this off as quick as possible and will never do business with them again.

I really liked my experience it was quick easy and very helpful with my financial needs!!

Fast and efficient

How can AB 539 law be signed loan me takes advantage of consumers needing money charging 135% interest.they had 2-1/2 months to pump out as many loans as possible before California puts a cap on interest rate hopefully the owners can sleep well at nite ripping there customers off should be illegal!!!!!

The rep was very good. He was a good listener and explained each step. I was surprised when he called and said that money was in my acct.
