Speedy service - fair pricing.

Ordered a whip from Lobbys after being mislead and let down by another online tackle shop. Received it before the other shop would have got it to me (even with a wasted 24 hours) - and didn't charge me the £10 surcharge the other shop would have. You have helped make a little boys day! Thanks ever so much! I look forward to shopping with you again.

Not good.

The owners attitude is shockingly poor. Completely unhelpful when I asked for assistance, providing curt and dismissive responses. They really need to adjust their demeanour, as if you look at the negative feedback there is a general pattern of this behaviour.
