Very impressive service and help from Kyle Sneddon

My call was answered quickly and Kyle dealt with the problem straight away (my previous payment card had been frozen by my bank following a scam). He took my new card details and then ensured my mobile and internet accounts were now paid up to date. Thanks, Kyle.

Great service regarding internet not working. Phoned up Monday afternoon and fixed Tuesday afternoon by a very courteous technician. Also call centre staff very helpful

I've been with Lobster many years, 4 fibre lines, 4 mobiles. Their overall service is absolutely faultless and it is unique to have my services supplied "all in English!"

I came to England& once again could not use my phone for calls, so I phoned lobster & spoke with Kyle & after about 20 minutes he managed to solve the problem
for me. Also this part-time I didn't have to wait long for them to answer my call. I would highly recommend to anyone to sign up for lobster. I wish that they would also do landline phone so I could then also sign-up for their internet package

Kyle helped me out when my sim card wasn't registering on my phone. He talked me through all the techy bits and managed to get me sorted. Great service and a lot of patience on his part! Big thank you!!

I would have given 1 star but the service while I had it was fine. However when I cancelled my contracts because I was leaving Spain the service has been the worst I have ever recieved in my life.

I organised the cancellation of my contract almost 2 months before I left and had confimation of the date sent to me by Lobster. They failed to do this and charged me again once I had left even though I had called up 2 times to confirm and get the return code for the router so I could send it back and recieve a refund for the deposit of 121 euros that they take.

Because Lobster cancelled so late (almost 3 weeks)I had left Spain with no way of sending it back. Since then I have emailed many times and had to call and still no resolution with most of my communcations being ignored. I would avoid as this is a headache that you do not need when moving country.

Just to say that I am very pleased with Lobster.
I go to Spain every summer and the feature that allows me to park my SIM card (and keep the same cell number) is so wonderful.
Saves me the time and aggravation of getting a prepaid SIM card the very second I arrive, when I am exhausted and jet-lagged.
And the customer service is excellent!
