More Than Loft Ladders レビュー

I had my loft boarded two years ago I have already written a review what a fantastic job they did. This is about a modification to the work which was as a result of a third party company which I won’t go in to. I asked MTLL if they could fix it for me, no fee, no trouble, they were more than happy. Didn’t have to wait long for the work to be done, the guy came when he said he would, very polite and friendly, did a great job, cleaned up afterwards. So impressed with the after sales service, thank you

Fin and Ethan have just completed boarding my loft, fitted lighting, fitted a hatch and ladder.
Arrived on time covered the floor with dust sheets. Cleaned up all the mess.
Very polite and showed us how to use the loft hatch and ladder.
Great quality with great service
Would highly recommend.
Thank you

We had our loft done by Andy.
Brilliant job, friendly service and this is the second loft we have had boarded and ladders attached as moved last year, didn’t hesitate to use Loft ladders again.
Definitely recommend
Thanks

Mark installed our loft boarding, shelving and ladder. Mark was very professional, friendly and on time. He did a great job and the work is to a high standard, which also comes with a Lifetime Guarantee. Mark covered the stairs and the landing so there was no mess whatsover. If you're considering freeing up space in your loft for storage. There is no better company to do this work for you.

Friendly and very efficient service, very pleased with the end result

Terry arrived on time and just cracked on with partially boarding the loft.
He did a great job and cleaned up any mess he made. I was very happy with the job he completed, I would highly recommend the company, Terry was a great guy, friendly and happy to help. Thank you.

I had my lift boarded up along with lighting installed and a new loft ladder. Really pleased with the finished installation. Josh, Connor and James worked really hard despite it being one of the hottest days of the year. They were a great bunch of guys, very polite and friendly. The quality of the work was superb and they left the place spotless after cleaning up. Highly recommend this company.

I searched for a loft ladder company and am so pleased I found More than Loft Ladders. The quote was fast and straightforward with no hidden costs and within a couple of weeks I was booked in for the work. The job was completed beautifully and I can now access my loft again! Professional and efficient work.

Chris, the owner of this business is a nice guy who looks after his customers very well. We had our loft boarded and a ladder fitted and are delighted with the work. It has made a redundant space very useable. The guys who did the work were excellent and overall it was a great experience. Would not hesitate to recommend this business. Thank you.

The gentleman that came out to fit our loft ladder and insulated hatch Ivan was the ultimate professional, polite courteous easy to have around and did an excellent job fitting and instructing us on how to use the loft ladder. He insisted on cleaning up himself and left our home clean and tidy. Would recommend this company.

Fin been very responsive during quotation process and resolving a couple of queries. I was surprised that this was a one man installation and Ethan worked solidly all day with only a very brief break. As promised floors were protected and everything cleaned and modified on completion. Bearing in mind the temperature in lofts at present given recurrent heatwaves this was a sterling effort. Well done Ethan!

Great customer service

The guys did a great job from start to finish, from quote to finish they were helpful ,respectful and precise , and there pricing was very fair as well. I can highly recommend using this company.

Mark was excellent, provided detailed quote and kept me up to date along the way, very professional service and really happy with the results.

I had a great experience with More Than Loft Ladders. Ben came to give me the initial quote, was friendly and polite, and answered all of my questions. On the day of installation, Josh and Connor arrived promptly at 9am, and got the whole installation finished before 3pm. They checked throughout that I was happy with what they were doing, including getting my approval on a couple of bits that weren’t quite standard due to the small size of the space available, left everything clean and tidy, and were genuinely lovely and friendly people. Thanks so much!

Excellent.
I had a massive loft I never used.
Now I have a massive extra room with better
easier access, Thanks to More Than Loft Ladders
Great jobs Guys 5 Stars.

Had a great experience with More Than loft Ladders. From the first visit there was no pressure to buy, unlike some other companies.

Ivan was friendly, professional, and really took pride in his work. I had a new loft hatch, loft ladder, and some boarding fitted, and the difference is amazing. The loft looks great, and I finally have a space I can actually use!

Really pleased with the whole experience. Ivan took pride in his work and pleasure to chat to. I’d happily recommend More Than loft Ladders to anyone looking to make the most of their loft.

The lads Oliver, Charlie & Ryan did a brilliant job, arrived on time and worked non stop, Completed the job in 1 day and left everywhere clean and tidy. Would recommend them to anyone who needs the loft sorting

Dan installed our boarding, new loft hatch and ladders and he was wonderful. Got straight on with it no fuss and cleaned up after himself. When a couple issues arose, he explained everything clearly and double checked everything with me. Afterwards he gave us a clear demonstration of everything. Dan was great!

We had an issue that the protective roof lining hadn't been added to the quote, but they came back 3 days later and fitted it, without any issues or reminders.

Great service and great execution. Quote given by Ben, work carried out by Josh and Connor. The entire process was hassle free, transparent, respectful and professional. The final product is excellent. I now have more storage space at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.
