More Than Loft Ladders レビュー

Great job done, very efficient and professional. Would recommend

From start to finish our experience with More Than Loft Ladders has been amazing. Josh who came to quote for the job was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. Dan who came to do the work was equally brilliant - he worked flat out to a high standard, in a tidy manner and we are so pleased with the work. Would highly recommend this company and already have to multiple people.

The service that I received from Chris and Connor was first class. The hatch is great and thank you to the other young man who put a loft light in for my safety too. It was a kind thought. This company is first class and I’d use again and recommend with no hesitation. Thank you so much.

Excellent service, worked efficiently as they could despite the high temperatures. Very respectful of our property and cleaned up well after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.

Great customer service Fast and efficient Went above and beyond Great job thank you

We needed a new loft hatch and ladders, and contacted More Than Loft Ladders to give us a quote. I'd also been considering getting the whole roof space re-insulated and extending the boarding, and the quote Lewis gave us for the entire job seemed reasonable, so we went with the full job.
The work was all completed in a day by Mark, Vlad and Ethan. These guys were brilliant - considerate, hard-working and very professional, making sure they caused as little disruption as possible, tidied everything after themselves and the end result was brilliant. We now have double the usable loft space, it's all level and secure, and it all looks so much better.
Many thanks for a great job.

More than loft ladders were just what I needed. It was easy to organise, they gave me different options and prices. I chose the one to suit me.
Thank you.

Had my loft insulated, boarded, larger loft hatch , light switch and ladders.
The boys were there on time , Jack, J and Mason did an amazing job!
All rubbish taken and cleaned up after themselves . Very respectful and lovely lads.
My loft look fabulous and spacious.
Would highly recommend this company and have passed on my recommendations to friends.
Excellent job guys thank you !

Great service! Would recommend

I chose MTLL because when Finn came to assess my loft for boarding he supplied more useful information and advice than other companies.
On installation day he arrived on time, fitted the boarding with minimum disturbance, and left all areas clean and tidy.
They were a good company to deal with and I am happy to recommend them.

Excellent installation and such a tricky job with extended height ceiling!! Well
pleased with the finish and the fast efficient service. Thank you!! 5 star rating!!

This was a great experience. I’d looked at a lot of companies and wanted to stay local. From the initial response to my online query being so fast to the initial survey and quote, we have been really impressed by the professionalism and care taken with our loft. Ryan was clean and tidy throughout and we could t be happier with our new space. Highly recommended.

Great service. Quick to respond. The actual installation was perfect couldn't even tell they had been, as everywhere was left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend

A helpful and pleasant company to deal with, a good installation and a comprehensive explanation of how to use the 3 section ladder safely. Highly recommended.

Honestly cannot rate these guys highly enough. When I asked for a quote they provided me with comprehensive options and advised on what was and wasn’t suitable or needed. The prices were very competitive and invoicing professional.

The day of installation, the installer (Fin) was on time, made sure that the area was protected, all work was complete to great standard and left absolutely no mess. Before leaving gave me a run down of the new hatch and ladder mechanism and showed me the loft space.

Again, 10/10, no notes. If ever I need any more work done I know where to go

Our local franchise did a new ladder for us. Arrived when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and the works is as promised and seems good

More than loft ladders provide a brilliant service, i needed a new loft hatch for easier access to service/maintain my boiler flue. The installation engineer Andy was everything you'd wish for knowledgeable, punctual, very tidy the way he left you wouldn't know he'd been apart from the loft hatch in the bedroom ceiling LOL. Thank you more than Loft Ladder and Andy i would highly recomend these.

Respectful and professional. Would highly recommended, great job done 👍🏻

Our experience with MTLL, from the initial consultation through to project completion, was outstanding. The installation was handled by Dan, whose professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Communication was proactive and clear, ensuring all of our requirements were fully met. We were particularly impressed by the care taken to protect our floors and carpets, and the workspace was left immaculately clean upon completion. We would not hesitate to recommend MTLL to others. Mark instilled confidence as soon as he arrived. He thoroughly checked out the loft, took me up there and explained it all to me. Surprisingly, several other companies who quoted hardly even went into the loft. I was very keen to have Mark on the job himself as it was him who gave me the confidence and although he said he wouldn't normally be present he assured me he would be for me. This sealed the deal for me and I went with More Than Loft Ladders. As it turns out the other 2 guys (3 in total) who did the job were fantastic. I am very happy with the outcome and am just about to start using it. I had a concern with the ladder. I contacted Mark and he came round and sorted it without any question. FANTASTIC SERVICE and I have already recommended this company to a friend who wants the same work done. For confidence, good work, great after sale service and good guys go with More Than Loft Ladders!
